Great Mouse for the everyday user
12 January 2012
Summary: Its a great mouse! Its very precise and it literally works on any surface, from your lap to glass or a shiny surface. Its a fairly big mouse, which is great for us with big hands! It comes with a custom program that allows you to customise the Left, Right, Middle and the two thumb buttons and assign them to a long list of actions. The wireless aspect of it is great, the dongle isn't the smallest around but it causes no problems.
Summary: This mouse is so much more comfortable than a standard mouse. It's also more precise than a standard mouse. Comes with a sleek charger and a battery. Just slightly irritating when your thumb accidentally hits the side buttons. Other than that, I really like the mouse.
Summary: Seems to be a decent mouse, I'm just getting my hand used to it. The shape and size fits my palm nicely, the click is responsive and pleasant, and the scroll-wheel isn't as bad as I expected (I don't use horizontal scrolling though). Intellipoint software is simple but allows for all the customization I need, and by tweaking it a little I've attained my preferred sensitivity easily. Now it is precise and you only need a tiny space to cover whole screen.
Its good , but not as good as the old MS explorer.

Summary: Pros : Tracking is excelent , works on surfaces laser mice wont. mouse ergonomics are fine for me - (male large hands). doesnt have the bluetooth 'wake' lag. works from other side of room no problems. comes with rechargeable battery - standard AA nimh type. Excelent build quality. Cons: occasionly will miss a button click (maybe 1 in 500). scroll wheel spins freely , has no 'notches' to let you feel how much rotation. you might sever a limb opening the packaging.
