Great Product!

Steven K., Newegg
23 March 2014
  • Pros: Super easy to use, no need to install on windows or linux. Battery seems to last a long time, according to my system it's been at 100% for the whole 3 weeks i've been using it now. (Almost daily use). It appears to work on any surface i put it on, no need for a mouse pad.
  • Cons: No cons

Pretty good mouse but overpriced

Chris K., Newegg
9 January 2014
  • Summary: I bought this to replace my VX Nano, which was the best mouse I've ever had. Perfect placement of the forward and back buttons, the dedicated center button which was programmable, and the click-to-click and smooth scroll functionality were all excellent.
  • Pros: Great tracking good weight looks nice
  • Cons: scroll area gets "sticky" as you use it throughout the day and your finger gets clammy or whatever. The scroll action is more accurate without setpoint installed on flash based internet games for some reason. It's barely responsive with setpoint installed. Button configurations tend to revert to ...

User Review

Rob Williams, Techgage
26 August 2013
  • Excerpt: Logitech’s Zone Touch T400 may look weird for the lack of some features you expect in a modern mouse – a scroll wheel, thumb buttons – and it might be easy to dismiss since it doesn’t boast a premium-level price point.

Unique design

Kevin P., Newegg
17 August 2013
  • Pros: Sleek design. Small enough to fit my 7 year olds hand.
  • Cons: Although it seems to work well in windows 8 it is not as easy to control scrolling as a typical scroll wheel.

Flawed

SCOTT W., Newegg
29 July 2013
  • Summary: Don't bother with this mouse. Try another touch mouse.
  • Pros: Touch mouse for use with Windows 8. Lightwieght, good tracking
  • Cons: The touch area of this mouse is extremely flawed. It rarely tracks as you would expect it to, and scrolling is a nightmare. Far too many programs, and web pages will not scroll predictably, often spinning through many pages with just barely a move, and adjusting the sensitivity does not work. Plu...

First and last Logitech mouse

Andrew H., Newegg
11 July 2013
  • Summary: Not sure if I can get an RMA because of software...
  • Pros: It looks cool.
  • Cons: The software for this mouse is terrible. You can't customize the buttons beyond a few choices. One of the options for the middle button is to switch apps. Instead of just pulling up the same menu as ALT + Tab, it does this very slow and clunky animation. To make it worse, if you're on dual monito...

Needs more work

Anonymous, Newegg
14 April 2013
  • Summary: How did it get out of the lab?
  • Pros: Nice looking mouse, beautifully built and finished
  • Cons: poor ergonomics - too small in hand, find my fingers running off the front of the mouse; stiff left and right buttons, soft centre button. software poor - bloatware drivers consume 32MB ram; options dont stick Poor standard setup - standard centre button is towards the back of the mouse and unusa...

Touch Doesn't Mean Much

Shawn P., Newegg
3 February 2013
  • Summary: I upgraded to Windows 8 on my non-touch desktop and was exited to get this mouse for two reason. The touch strip that allows for horizontal and vertical scrolling and two stealthily hidden buttons I could bind to Win8 functionality to avoid some of the drawn out gyrations you have to do when you...
  • Pros: Mouse is easy to grasp due to the rubberized sides and the touch strip is very sensitive and offers smooth scrolling both horizontally and vertically. Extra button can make bouncing to Start screen a breeze in Windows 8.
  • Cons: SetPoint 6.51 software has very limited to no configuration options for extra buttons. Low profile can take getting used to. Touch strip is not as accurate as wheel.
