Excerpt: I bought this mouse about 1 month ago for my win 8 laptop. Pros, it has precision and good range to it. Cons, the touch scoll on the mouse is WAY too sensitive. left right scroll will automatically take you to other side of the page just by touching it. the up down scroll will try to go the opposite way if you accidently touch the scroll with your finger somewhere else while trying to fast scroll.
Excerpt: Bought it for Windows 7 for work. Have a Magic Mouse at home, but this one works just as stated. Scroll is good. Smooth clicks. Generally a good feel. Plug and play, and easy programming options.
Excerpt: I needed the mouse for use with my laptop, and as to use to advance slides dueing a lecture. It provided both the normal mouse fuctionality, as well as the good range required t advance the slides during my presentation. It was a good value at the sale price. I was glad I found it, for I had an immediate need. My only complaint is the Win7 functionality is good, but I had trouble with the touch scroll "wheel" sensitivity.
Excerpt: Logitech’s Zone Touch T400 may look weird for the lack of some features you expect in a modern mouse – a scroll wheel, thumb buttons – and it might be easy to dismiss since it doesn’t boast a premium-level price point. But its revolutionary feature – a touch zone that takes the place of the scroll wheel – just might be right for you.
Summary: This is an excellent mouse for Windows PCs. The build quality is good for the price and Logitech have made a premium-feeling product, despite it being made predominantly out of plastic. The glass scroll wheel works great, and clicking the scroll wheel will provide a couple of functions, one of which is launching the start screen - a very useful feature.
