Bought 2, both unreliable after a short period of time

Summary: This is unbelievable. As much as I like almost every aspect of the mouse, the build quality is pitiful. The first mouse just decided to stop recognizing button clicks. 2 months later the second mouse sporadically double-click. If I could somehow combine the two I'm sure it'd all work out but as it stands I don't think I can buy or recommend anything made by Logitech anymore.
Summary: I have had this mouse for a year now and it has broken twice. The first time was within 1 month. It just stopped working, no power lights or anything. I called support and they told me there was nothing that could be done, it was user error and the warranty was expired. I troubleshot the mouse myself (through disassembly) and found that the power cable had disconnected from the battery.
Summary: This is the very best mouse I have ever owned. I love everything about it, except one thing - it doesn't work. As for the features, this mouse rocks! I gotta hand it to Logitech, they make beeeauuutiful products. They really think them through, and each feature is carefully crafted. I consider them unmatched in the creative design department. The problem is, their build quality just sucks.
Summary: OK, it looks great but what is important in a mouse is that the pointer tracks predictably and the buttons work when you click them. The pointer does not track predictably. Sometimes it is slow, other times it stops. This could be the surface I am using it on, but I haven't had a similar problem with other mice. The buttons, however, are much worse. Sometimes they work, other times they don't. Sometimes you have to click half a dozen times to get the thing to work.
Summary: I bought the mouse in December 2006 from Pixmania via Amazon. You can read the other reviews here - when it worked, it was an excellent mouse. It failed in February. I contacted Pixmania who told me it was not their responsibility and directed me to Logitech, who told me it was not their responsibility and directed me to Pixmania. I contacted Amazon who told me it was not their responsibility and directed me to the FBI.

Obviamente por 70€ quiero que me den un ratón nuevo por lo que me he negado al arreglo. Pues bien, contacto al servicio técnico de logitech y me dicen que no me lo cambian. Es decir, he tirado 70€ a la basura.
