Excerpt: First, for comfort, I really enjoy the fit of this mouse. It is the perfect size for my hand. Other people might prefer smaller or larger, but I think it's perfect. It's weight and shape also seem to help with easy handling. It is the most comfortable mouse I've ever had. Then, for performance, I am really pleased with the accuracy; I work with graphics sometimes and need precision pointing.

Excerpt: I've had this mouse for about 3 years before it started to really break to the point where I can't really use it any longer. It was my first laptop mouse. It lasted me for 3 years shows how much of a durability it has. The receiver is a bit bulky when compared to the mini receivers nowadays. The on/off button never really worked... Like seriously towards the end of my 2nd year using it, it just started to break.
Excerpt: I loved my laptop computer, but the mouse pad included was really slowing me down. It eliminated hardware by allowing you to use your finger to move the cursor around on the screen. However, my finger doesn't have the precision of a mouse, so it took me a greater amount of time to manuever around the screen. I was familiar with using a mouse on the desktop computer. Can I use a mouse on the laptop? The answer is YES.
Excerpt: I admit it. I'm touch-pad challenged. For me, a laptop without a mouse is like a coffee mug without a handle. I feel spastic using a touuch pad no matter who designed it.When I bought my Gateway 15" laptop a couple of years ago I purchased it with a Logitech V220 USB Mouse. Very nice mouse, very nice. And, if you don't travel or move your laptop around very much it's still a great mouse. But my laptop is in and out of it's travel bag so often I started worrying about...
Excerpt: As opposed to the cord mouse, the laser mouse has a wider range of reception. Thus, I can still use my mouse up to about 2 feet away and still have great functionality. This is really beneficial for a computer user like myself. Plus, I am not restricted by tangled mouse cords that can only stretch out so far. I highly recommend purchasing the Logitech V450 laser cordless mouse! It really is worth every penny!
Summary: Love the fact that it's RED -- much less likely to leave it somewhere! A few more (bright) colors would be nice -- to distinguish mine from those of my colleagues. The tiny plug-and-forget transmitter is a big win. For all practical purposes, this mouse is simply always-on with no per-use setup at all!
Summary: I love this mouse. In fact I love it so much I bought two. One in grey for my media tv and the other glossy black for my netbook. The response time from its stand-by mode (to conserve battery) to moving the cursor is probably less then a sec. My tv is 6 feet away from the mouse and works without any problems. Only con I can pick out of it is I wish the battery cover had included a hinge or something.
