Summary: A good quality but competitively priced mouse purchased to replace an earlier and slightly different model which had deceased after years of use. Logitech tend to be decent quality and as I am not a gamer, anything over 1000dpi is a waste of technology for me. The wheel can be a little noisy of used for lengthy periods but other than that, it is great to use left handed (as I need it to be) or right handed as 90% of people reading this will be.
Summary: Bought to replace a Logitech mouse which had served me well for years. When my old one started wearing out, I tried a far more expensive Microsoft one. This did not match up at all, so, spotted this at a very good price & ordered. WOW, what a difference. The response was back. Unlike the MS one, it operated fully within the confines of the mat. (Although a mat is not required.) The wheel is superior & positive. At the price paid, it is difficult to beat.
Summary: Just what I wanted, a mouse with sideways scrolling capability. Had been looking for years for another twin wheeled mouse (guess I ought to buy a larger monitor). It scrolls smoothly however I found it must be used with a mousemat on some surfaces otherwise it does not track properly. I have a white melamine desk it refuses to track on without a mat, however I bought two of these and the other tracks perfectly on a beech laminate desk.
