Logitech Performance Mouse MX

gadgetreview.com
29 May 2013
  • Conclusion: My favorite mouse is still the Logitech G700 (we’ll have a review of the update, the G700s, in the near future), but that’s a gaming mouse for the home space. The Performance Mouse MX is a high-quality workhorse of a mouse.
  • Pros: Excellent design, weight, feel, and tracking. Software & programmability couldn't be better. Unifying tech removes interference in populated offices. Great battery life.
  • Cons: Middle mouse button difficult to press. No charging dock, not even an optional one.

Hands On: Logitech Performance Mouse MX (Video)

Notebooks.com
5 April 2010
  • Excerpt: Some people are keyboarders; they love to do as much as they can from the comfort of their home-keys, only leaving that comfortable position when they absolutely have to. Me, I’m a Mouser. I proudly look to my mouse to handle as much as possible without letting go to swing my hands to the keyboard.

Logitech Performance Mouse MX

PC Magazine
28 September 2009
  • Conclusion: The Logitech Performance Mouse MX's high-tech tracking technology gives it functionality other mice can't easily match, but in a less-than-intuitive design.
  • Pros: Lots of programmable buttons. Usable on a wide variety of surfaces.
  • Cons: Odd design requires some adjustment. Button placement not always ideal. For right-handed use only. Included software gives fewer button-configuration options than Microsoft equivalent.

I was delighted to find that its gloriously comfortable and ergonomic shape still exists, although, as you’d expect, it’s even better now.

  • Summary: We found the Logitech Performance Mouse MX a pleasure to use, and it's one of our favourites. It's very comfortable for us to use, it feels sturdy, and all of its buttons (except the thumb button) are in the right places for a right hander.
