Pros: Feels pretty solid and well made. Scroll wheel quiet, but good feel.
Cons: It's an older model Logitech mouse. I have only been able to get it to work at 400 dpi on Windows 7. This is really too low. I think I will stick with the Logitech M100 that I was hoping to replace. Even though the M100 feels light and cheap compared to the MX310, the M100 is supported at 1000dpi natively in Windows 7, and this makes it feel much more precise.
Pros: I've owned this mouse for almost 5 years now. All the buttons still work acceptably. While some of the higher end "gaming" mouses certainly look nice, I can't justify spending $100+ when this mouse has done just fine over the years.
Cons: The scroll wheel is slightly loose (i.e. might scroll an extra step), but definitely still useable. I'm not surprised given the amount of scrolling I do through web documents.
Pros: well weighted and great for left handed gamers. I have used one for gaming for about 8 years now and I am buying a replacement its a very sturdy and up until now it has shown no signs of age or loss in responsiveness
Cons: its nearly twice as expensive as when i bought it new the last time 8 years ago......
Pros: I've owned this mouse since mid June of 2007 and as of this review it's been 2 years, the mouse is precise in tracing pointer movement yet comfortable in your hands, not too light yet not too heavy. Amazing bang for the buck mouse and it's from Logitech, which is a big brand name
Cons: The Logitech logo where your palm rest has already faded off, this by no means affects the mouses performance, just very minor things and the center round button doesn't seem to work for me, but I don't really use it anyways.
