Worst mouse I have ever used.

Waris C., Newegg
6 May 2014
  • Pros: Batterly life is as long as advertised
  • Cons: The mouse is completely inaccurate. Due to the off-center sensor, accuracy is completely impossible with this mouse, and I have never felt a mouse feel so completely wrong. Because of this, everything I try to do with this mouse feels extremely frustrating and I immediately went out and bought a ...

unusable

David C., Newegg
25 April 2014
  • Summary: bought this mouse from a big box store packaged with the k750 keyboard three times and have returned all three...keyboard is great, mouse stinks...the mouse's scroll wheel is so loose (I'm assuming to allow for smoother scrolling) it often will roll by itself thus making a web page or document to...
  • Pros: small form...smooth pointer action...long battery life...unifying software
  • Cons: loose scroll wheel makes the unit unusable

Good mouse, bad everything else

Mario G., Newegg
30 March 2014
  • Summary: If you like using tabbed browsing or playing MMOs this is NOT the mouse for you. If you are a fan of the old 90s mice without scroll wheels then this is a mouse for you.
  • Pros: Great battery life
  • Cons: Wheel never locks, making opening new tabs very difficult Right mouse button unlocks it's self making playing MMOs very difficult Low range, can't be too far from USB

Not for lefties

ProfGeek, reviews.logitech.com
12 February 2014
  • Summary: This mouse feels great in the right hand. The trouble is, I'm left-handed. It's like trying to play baseball with a right-handed person's glove. It's all wrong. If you want to see how it feels, just put it in your left hand.

Loose wheel

Dennis F., Newegg
8 February 2014
  • Summary: Buy a better mouse. It's hard to tell how cheaply made stuff is when buying online.
  • Pros: The rest of the buttons work.
  • Cons: The wheel feels loose: There's no friction and I can wiggle and slide it side to side. I'm afraid it might break with a little use.

M705 cursor tracking issues

Jonathan M., Newegg
23 January 2014
  • Summary: Logitech won't return it since its refurbished. I've spent so much money on logitech stuff in the past.(First refurbished purchase) This is seriously making me reconsider ever giving them my money again. They shouldn't be reselling a product if it's not made to last.
  • Pros: Worked great while it worked. Thought I was getting a great deal since it was refurbished.
  • Cons: The mouse cursor does not always follow the movements of the mouse. Sometimes its jumpy or hangs and doesn't move at all not matter what I tried to do to fix it. After googleing it, i found out its a common problem This is the first negative review i've written on newegg after 10+ years of buying...

Terrible tracking....

jkob, reviews.logitech.com
24 December 2013
  • Summary: the ergonomics is great, so is the quality, and the feel of the scrolling wheel. but big tracking issue, probably because bad weight distribution - two AA batteries at the base of the mouse, causing vertical accuracy to be really really horrible. gonna try to return it.
