Cons: They break after a couple of months. If you play games with this mouse expect the left mouse click to wear out and eventually turn your single click into a double click. I've been through 2 of these each had the same problem.
Summary: I purchased this mouse thinking that I'd get a great feel to it. When the itemed arrived it wasn't as I expected. The material that made this product was really icky. Overall it functions as a regular mouse. I normally see gucky things on the buttons. It's really disgusting.
Good product, nice price - SetPoint software (which you don't have to install) isn't that great

Summary: Bought the mouse about a month ago. It's GREAT! Everything about it is awesome! In fact, at first, the SetPoint software that you can download from the Logitech site made it even better. It would self-adjust the mouse sensitivity when I plugged it in, so I didn't have to manually adjust it via the control panel.
Summary: This has to be the worst mouse I have even purchased. I have no problem with the size. However, it seems to have a mind of its own. I constantly tries not to go where I want it. I installed it using the program Microsoft chose for it. Now I cannot re-install my old Logitech mouse. Microsoft won't accept it, even after I uninstalled the mouse program.
Summary: I ignored the reviews by others which said that this is not ergonomically ideal. I thought, "this looks small and must be ok, besides it looks pretty." What a fool I was! I have used this mouse for 2 days. It is toooooooo small, and my pinky already hurts. That is because my pinky rubs against the top of the desk, as I move the mouse. I just wish that this mouse were bigger and ergonomically constrcuted. I taped a ball of paper towel on it in order to make it bigger.
Summary: i bought this to improve my overall ergonomic set up because i would be spending inordinate amounts of time at my desk as i am starting medical school. 1. figure out what kind of mouse shape works for your mousing style. eg do you like to rest your hand on the mouse and use your arm to move the mouse or do you like to use your fingertips to move the mouse instead? 2. if you are the latter this might work for you. if you are the former, move on and find something else. 3.
Summary: This was a good mouse from the start. I bought it in August, and about ten months later the wheel click function started acting up, not always reacting. This got worse and worse. I tried cleaning the wheel without any improvement. I then opened it (the screws are under the three "feet" under the mouse, if anyone wondered). No visible dirt, and the small button that's activated when clicking the mouse was also clean.
