Excerpt: I'm in love with this mouse! I wanted a rechargeable mouse that I could use to change movies from bed and this is the best mouse I've ever used. Firstly, it comes with battery cartridges - about 1 inch squared by 3mm thick and it comes with 2 so you can charge 1 while the other is in use. The battery life is huge! Playing games with constant mouse movement its 6 hours but casual browsing can easily be 7 days.
Excerpt: The Logitech Cordless G7 mouse. ''Best Gaming Mouse on the market'' according to some PC Gamer magazines and reviewers. I would have to agree in certain areas about that. Indeed It is a good mouse. It has a generally nice grip, looks good, and when needs be has a 2000dpi sensitivity. This truly is the mouse made for gamers. After ordering my G7 off the Logitech website for what I thought at the time was a ridiculous amount. £70 when I brought it.
Excerpt: Straight out, to the disadvantages. There are 3 disadvantages of this mouse 1 due to the G5. So lets start with that. The G5 has a adjustable weight system so you c an customise the weight of your mouse to suit you. The G7 however losses this function in place of a battery for the mouse. 2ndly, it has a battery but then again it is wireless. Estimated usage is 8 hours use.
Excerpt: This mouse is truely one of a kind. It's the little things logitech have thought about that make this mouse stand out from the crowd. First off, it's comfy - Very comfy. I find myself gaming for hours, with no problems whatsoever - I don't even use a mousemat as the high quality laser works just fine on my desk surface Secondly, The little features that make this mouse shine Batteries - The mouse has 2 hot-swappable batteries.
Pros: Fast, Good build quality, Hot swappable batteries, great software
Excerpt: The Logitech G7 must be one of the best mice on the market today. It is capable of handling from 400-2000 DPI (Dots Per Inch) using the SetPoint software (Which I find disappointing at times when it doesn't detect my mouse, but at other times works flawlessly and allows you to customize which buttons do what, including changing what the tilt wheel does) which means you can go from pinpoint accuracy to blazing speed depending on which you need or prefer.
Pros: High DPI, Comfortable, Customizable buttons, Two batteries
Cons: SetPoint software, May not fit in some peoples hand
Excerpt: First let me say I've used a lot of wireless mice over the past few years, and I can honestly say this is the dogs!!. From the lightweight moulded casing to the PTFE feet, this is an outstanding gamers mouse. First off, in the package comes the mouse, receiver and 2 battery packs, which for anyone using a wireless peripheral is a god send. These take about 10-15 minutes to charge in turbo mode or a couple of hours in standard mode.
Excerpt: First impressions are good. Great looks, fancy packaging. Mouse feels comfortable in the hand (more on this later). Mouse moves easily on most surfaces and doesnt seem to need a mouse mat though I use one with a wrist rest for health purposes. Installed easily and smoothly and was recognised by my windows XP Pro setup. I started up the configuration software and this was problem free and would be simple for the unsosphisticated user.
Pros: Good shape Good responses Two batteries
Cons: Too sensitive Needs two batteries Gave me RSI symptoms
