Love the mouse, but not the lifetime.

Fred D., Newegg
12 February 2014
  • Summary: Too bad, I really liked this mouse, but after two failed much sooner than expected, I had to switch.
  • Pros: Nice feel, good control, lots of buttons.
  • Cons: First one lasted fourteen months, next one only seven months. Used about two hours a day. Each one just finally was not recognized by the computer. Had to replace with a non-Logitech. Too bad.

Nice Mouse, for a bit.

Logan G., Newegg
24 November 2013
  • Summary: Noteworthy but problably not as useful to most of you - personally my hands have seen some abuse over the years, too much boxing and not enough heat in my house makes me a bit arthritic.
  • Pros: Nice mouse, has a good feel, changes pretty colors, cord so you're not dealing with battery nonsense issues and the like. Use it for a lot of shooters.
  • Cons: Main problem - Mouse was great when I got it and served me faithfully for about 15 months. Unfortunately at 15 months the right mouse button is starting to lose its usefulness, and unless there is a toggle aim option in a game becomes totally useless for FPS's. For a $37 mouse (when I bought it),...

I'll be honest...

Sandra C., Newegg
1 November 2013
  • Summary: Other than the small size and me personally being limited to running an older version of the software (LGS), it's very lightweight and smooth on my deskpad. The buttons placement feels weird but maybe I'll get used to them.
  • Pros: I ordered the Logitech G300 mouse to replace my awful Razer Deathadder (left handed edition) mouse. The problem with that Deathadder was Razer hardwired the left/right click buttons and some games simply refused to recognize you swapping them back using the software and used the defaulted hardwir...
  • Cons: This mouse is very small. Since I am 6'4" and have large hands, it's going to take me a while to get used to using it. Unlike the G19s Keyboard I just ordered from Newegg last week, you can NOT create custom colors with this mouse. You are limited to only 7 presets. Blue used to be my default col...

erik r., Newegg
30 June 2013
  • Pros: it functions flawlessly.
  • Cons: this mouse leaves me with bad hand cramps. i have small/medium size hands. from base of my palm to tip of middle finger measures 7.5" with this mouse your palm just behind the knuckles falls off the back of the mouse to get any comfort but...if you hold it this way the front buttons on the left i...

Simple, yet feature-packed

Alexandria M., Newegg
14 April 2013
  • Summary: I really enjoyed this mouse before the right mouse button stopped working. I believe at the time I paid something in the realm of $30 for this mouse. For what this mouse delivers, I find it to be a great value in terms of features for the price.
  • Pros: -Logitech, good quality brand -Ergonomics -Customizable with 9 programmable keys and colors including cyan, blue, yellow, pink, red, green, white, and off I bought this mouse largely for ergonomics because my hand was hurting while using a simple-shaped ~$10 mouse. Since then my hand has stopped ...
  • Cons: None until recently. After owning this mouse for a little more than a year, the right mouse button (button 2) started working intermittently. Not too much later, the right mouse button stopped working altogether. In the meantime, I programmed G7 (programmable key to the upper right of button 2) t...

User Review

Jerome S., Newegg
5 January 2013
  • Summary: This mouse is a very comfortable mouse to use. My only gripes with this mouse is that the middle mouse button is tough to register... very bad for games like Call of Duty where I need it to throw a grenade while moving. And then the Macro button locations are extremely awkward to press.
  • Pros: Ambidextrous and comfortable for both left and right hands. Natural Feeling Grooves Nice Amount of Macro buttons Very responsive Easy to use and understand macro program Mouse light color customization
  • Cons: (-1 Egg) Mouse Wheel button needs to be press very hard to register as a button click. (-1 Egg) Macro Buttons are placed in awkward places. Only 8 simple colors to choose from for mouse light colors.

  • Summary: The program for changing the buttons and lights was nearly impossible to find. On logitech website.
  • Pros: Works Sensitivity Reliability Durability No real performance issues, just thing i wish it had
  • Cons: Very Light Not many custom features The buttons and lights have reset on me Led is so small it's pretty much pointless Hard to find program

Meh mouse

Coleman D., Newegg
25 September 2012
  • Summary: The program (which you have to download off of their site) only recognizes 24 of 172 of my games. Most recent of them is Skyrim and Battlefield 3... Now, let's say you want to customize in-game what each button does. (You'd be doing this for games that the mouse doesn't support.
  • Pros: -7 colors (White, Yellow, Pink, Red, Cyan, Green, Blue, and Black (Black is off?)) -Highly customizable for specific games* -DPI changing -3 different profiles -On board memory (3 other profiles can be saved for individual games)
  • Cons: *-Supports a fairly small list of games. (Xfire has a larger list of games ._.) *-Program isn't updated to add more games for customizing. -DPI is set to lowest possible when plugging in mouse and when leaving a full screen application. (Not too bad but you do have to cycle through...) -3 profile...
