Pros: This mouse is THE most comfortable for my wrist. I've only had it a week yet I no longer suffer with wrist pain thanks to this brilliant design. I'm not sure why given what we know about anatomy that it wasn't though of sooner.
Cons: There is only 1 complaint I have about this mouse. It's so tall that when I move my right typing hand over to the mouse I knock it off the pull out tray that my keyboard/mouse reside on. It's a matter of getting used to having a tall mouse I guess!
Pros: I like the ergonomics, but mouse does not work - freezes frequently and they will not replace it.
Cons: My company has 5 other of these mice and all work well on desktops and laptops. Mine freezes frequently and customer support will not replace it. Wasted a lot of my time going through numerous questions and troubleshooting steps to no avial.
Pros: I took a minimum of getting used to but has been the best mouse I have ever used. I purchased the wireless model which is the only option that seems worthwhile with todays technology.
Cons: The only improvement that would make it a perfect mouse would be to add Bluetooth. At minimum would be a smaller USB dongle. It is a bit expensive but having made this my primary mouse it seems totally worth the investment after a year of use.
"Delivers promises, but needs a few more small revisions"

Pros: - easy to hold - easy to get used to - solid and truly ergonomic: has reduced wrist and finger pain - easy wireless set up - more buttons than most mice, tons of custom mappings
Cons: - needs longer finger buttons for larger hand/fingers - support software isn't intuitive - cannot truly "jump" on a surface: needs the ability to be picked up and moved - clear list of features needed in packaging; I am still learning its abilities
