Great, precise mouse; some units have scroll wheel issues

Summary: The only thing keeping this product from getting five stars from me is that I, like other reviewers, initially received a mouse with a defective scroll wheel. It had a jumpy, annoying effect on the page being scrolled.
Summary: I love the feel of this mouse and its responsiveness. But it is not compatible with Vista or Windows 7! Nowhere in the advertisement dos it tell you that. So while it will work as a very basic mouse in Vista, you cannot program the buttons. That's too bad, because it feels wonderful in my big hands!
Summary: The PilotMouse works very well. It is very comfortable in my hand and responds quickly and cleanly. But it is a large mouse and needs careful placement on my smaller size mouse tray. At first I had trouble with the setup, then I moved the USB plugin from the rear of my desktop computer to the front.
Summary: Solid construction body, Accurate, Convience. Heavy than Logiteck 610 Laser that I also own. I gave it 1/2 star behide a Logiteck 610 Mouse. A softside rubber may get dirty or rubbing off when heavy used. A battery door is little hard to open, it may break long finger nail!
Summary: I like the mouse. It's got a great touch. The only drawback is it's size. I expected it to be a little smaller. However, that's a minor drawback considering the functionality. When my husband saw it he loved it and so do I.
Summary: I bought this mouse for my new iBook. I do a lot of cut and paste work from multiple apps, so a mouse was needed for ease of use. I have not had any problems with the buttons (although the left to right scroll is very touchy) but when I use the mouse wheel it doesn't scroll very well.
