Summary: I really like this mouse. Its very flat profile helps reduce wrist and finger strain if you use your mouse a lot (like many hours a day). Overall, it is a bit a smaller than a full size mouse. It has two major negatives: 1. It goes to sleep after a few minutes of inactivity and you have to click one of the buttons to get it to wake up again. Simply moving it around is not enough like with most mice 2.
Summary: it has very short battery life and the track wheel is basically worthless. The track wheel is way to slick so it is nearly impossible to get it to scroll. If you push hard enough to get some contact it will click the wheel. Not good. So, unless you have naturally sweaty finger tips or like licking you fingers try a different mouse.
Summary: Mouse will not work in presenter mode; using Win 7, 64 bit OS and MS Office 2007. I called Kensington who told me this has been discontinued and does not work in Windows 7. That *might* have been handy information to include in the specifications, don't you think? Returned item to Amazon.
Summary: The mouse is not smooth at all. Very poor design and it is hard to use it if you have big hands. Sometimes the cursor doesn't move or there is a delay; I changed the battery, but it is still the same.
Summary: I have another Kensington slimline mouse and love it. That's why I bought a second one. I liked the blue and the presenter features. When I got it the scroll wheel was so inconsistent it only took me 10 minutes to decide to return it. Too bad. The rest of the product is excellent.
A great concept, but the scroll wheel makes it very difficult to use

Summary: This is a great idea poorly executed. The slim shape and the integrated USB plug make for a nice package, but the scroll wheel coupled with the low profile make this mouse very difficult to use. The basic problem is that the scrolling wheel has way too much resistance. You really need to press hard to scroll and this tends to either make the mouse slip out of position (because of it's low profile, you can't grip it easily) or inadvertently click the wheel.
Summary: I definitely LOVE this unit! The receiver only sticks out 1/4" from the USB port. I leave it in all the time. The mouse works great in all respects. The mouse batteries (2-AAA) last about 3 months, and I use my laptop 8 hours/day. The cursor is rock solid on almost ANY surface! I would recommend this to anyone. Just plug the receiver in your USB port, and you're ready to go. Nothing to download!
Summary: This is honestly the best mouse I've ever owned. I've had one for 4 years (used on my desktop), and then just recently purchased the exact same one for my laptop. It's sensitive to an incredible amount of surfaces, and I find that helpful when I'm watching a movie with others and need to pause/play from the armrest of the couch. It's great, sleek, comfortable to use, and incredibly portable.
