Summary: This mouse is rather large, yet it is comfortable and ergonomic enough as long as your hand isn't small. Installation is a no-brainer. It paired up with Windows 7 within a few seconds. Performance is fine, with easy scrolling.
Summary: The HP X7000 Wi-Fi touch mouse fits comfortably in the palm of your hand and is quite a bit different than the standard mice I am most familiar with. The contour and shape of the mouse support the way a person's hand naturally wants to work with a mouse. The mouse only works with Windows 7 and does not include support for virtualization on a Mac (at least not when I tested it).
Summary: I give this mouse kudos for convenience and comfort. Although the sleek black device is larger than to what I am accustomed, its ergonomic design is extra comfortable. (I note however, that although I am left handed, I use the mouse with my right hand. My brother who prefers to use his left hand for the mouse, found it unusuable.) Even after hours on the computer, I suffered no strain or pain. there are six dedicated buttons including one for Facebook.
Summary: I got a new laptop recently and use it both for work and gaming, but unfortunately a touchpad isn't ideal for things like first person shooters so I found myself in need of an external mouse. Personally I've always preferred trackballs and was a little leery of switching over to a standard mouse design, but the X7000 successfully converted me.
Summary: I was unable to connect this mouse to my desktop computer; however, it works just fine with my laptop. All I did was put the mini CD instruction disk into the disk drive, followed the on-screen instructions, removed the white tab from the bottom of the mouse, and then pushed the button to sync it. For someone like me who is technology-challenged, it was super easy to do. As for the design, the mouse is extremely arthritis-friendly.
