Summary: I recently, finally, upgraded to Windows 7 ~ I like the format better than I thought would because of all of the WiFi applications ~ my computer is a laptop. We travel south in winter, and travel north for the summer; so convenient to have everything WiFi ~ don't miss the cords. Even though there were some negative reviews for the HP WiFi Mouse, I haven't had any problems with it, and very happy with it.
Summary: It was an amazing price for this mouse (i only had just enough in my account or I probably would have gotten a different one). The only downside to this mouse is, when I took my laptop to a friends house and my wifi was jumping between two or three signals, it was having a lot of trouble staying connected with my mouse.
Summary: This is one of the better mice from HP. This mouse is great for gaming and everyday use. The only thing I didn't like was the feel. It has a very smooth feel, when I like more rubbery feels to the side. This makes me feel as if I have a strong grip on the mouse. Besides that, it works great and looks great.
Summary: Many prople have complained in other reviews that this mouse will not work in a zone that has no WiFi. I have not found this to be the case. Indeed, looking at a network map (in a no-WiFi zone) will show the PC as the master and mouse as the slave, and if the PC is in a WiFi zone, a second network entirely is displayed, with the router as the master and the PC as the slave. Tech Talk for Easy PC. Some complain of battery life.
Summary: Mouse could not be recognized by either my laptop or the main desktop computer. Had to call HP to trouble shoot with still no resolve. Had to return item and that process was handled very quickly.
Summary: While this may seem like a great idea, HP leaves a LOT of room for improvement with this creation. We tried it on 3 different laptops and although we actually made it work one time with one the laptops, that was not a reproducible situation. The one time it did work, it would freeze up and require approximately 3 minutes of wiggling in order to become responsive again.
Summary: Returning. Was not able to pair this mouse with 2 laptops - HP DV8 with Intel 5100 AGN wireless link (updated with the latest driver from Intel)and second - a new Lenovo 420 just purchased. The idea is good, to use existing Wi-Fi card with software created wireless router (built into Windows 7 for certified network cards) creating another wireless connection - "Wireless Network Connection 2" and pairing it with your device, but implementation is faulty - too many...
Poor experience with this product.. and HP in general

Summary: **PREFACE: this review is more of the experience with this product than its actual function** I had purchased (2) of these mice for the (2) new HP dv6t entertainment series notebooks I had also recently purchased. NEITHER of the mice were detected by either notebook! I contacted customer support. HP did a very poor job of trying to help me with my issue.
