"Frustrated!"

hhadaway, CNET
27 July 2012
  • Pros: Nice design. Doesn't use a USB port.
  • Cons: I purchased this mouse several months ago and my patience with it has run out. I lose the connection with the mouse about every other day. The only way to reconnect the mouse with the computer is to restart the computer.

"Great Option to Free Up a USB Port"

toddwest24, CNET
15 September 2011
  • Pros: Easy to connect. Good ergonomics - compares favorably to Logitech mice. Easy to use control panel. Tilt wheel allows for left and right scrolling.
  • Cons: Smooth-rolling track wheel doesn't provide feedback. Cover popped off a few times during initial use but seems OK now.

"Does.Not.Work."

aceCI, CNET
11 July 2011
  • Pros: Purchased through Amazon so returning it was easy.
  • Cons: Could not sync with HP Touchsmart. Searching forums, multiple contacts with HP for support, and every driver update conceivable produced no results. The wi-fi adapter on my Touchsmart works fine and was available for use and the software would sporadic

No dongle required.

Pat Elliott, Amazon
21 February 2014
  • Summary: I bought this to replace a worn out identical mouse I'd used constantly for over two years. I am a design engineer and use the mouse all day, every day, Mon-Fri and I find it very comfortable. The big advantage with this mouse is that you do not require a dongle, you just pair it using the software supplied and away you go.

Excellent Mobile Mouse

Techman-st, Amazon
28 December 2013
  • Summary: I purchase this HP WiFi mobile mouse to use with my HP Envy dv7-720ea when I am on site as while the Multitouch Trackpad is very good for expanding or zooming and reduction of screen views I do find it a little frustrating when trying to use it for a drawing application, as windows 8 uses the right hand side of the Trackpad to initiate the editing functions of Windows 8.

Poor software - never got working

Stephen Tyler, Amazon
20 August 2013
  • Summary: I just bought one of these while on a business trip and wish I had not - the driver is poor quality and never linked to the mouse. Worse I cant uninstall it or repair it. I seem to recall having an ordinary HP mouse 3 years ago and the driver (looked the same as now) was flaky as well and I moved back to Logitech. I use Logitech 555b Bluetooth mouse but without the Logitech software, which is huge and painful.
