Summary: This little combo set works great for our needs and gives us the wireless control for training and other functions where a mouse and keyboard are needed. The keyboard is relatively small without a number pad, but it allows all the funtions used in a presentation. The mouse is big enough that it doesn't "grow legs" that tended to make our smaller wireless mice disappear. This is a replacement for one that broke when dropped.
Summary: I use this with my Mac Mini in my family room. It works very well - especially in comparison to the prior generation I used for several years. It just plugs into my Mac and "just works". Nice it uses standard AAA batteries rather than the cordless-phone rechargeable in the prior generation. Only nit is 'clicking' while the motion detection is active is imprecise ...
Summary: I like this device.. it works as a mouse,it is small and you can use it in the air...so what is not to like about it? Well, using it in air is a serious coordination test. Learning how to move and click takes some time and practice, and if the spot to click on is small, it can be almost painful to get the right spot. If I were just rating it as a air mouse.. I would give it three stars. As a presentation mouse...it works great, and there I would give it 5 stars.
Excerpt: I use the mouse almost every day while on the go with my tablet PC. From my home desk and classroom desk (where I use it like a normal mouse) to bus seats, park benches, and while walking. The benifit to having this mouse over a traditional mouse is it's ease of use without a flat surface (like a crouded bus seat). It works as well as advertised and better than I was expecting it to... so far.
Pros: Accurate Tracking, Fast Response, Great Features
Summary: But the mouse falls well short of expectations, it works well off of a mouse pad but when you pt it on the pad it really sucks. I'm old school so I have had to start relearning the mouse from scratch to use it. Other than that it is a good system.
