Summary: I can use it as a regular mouse most of the time. I have had to turn it off & turn it on quite a few times, I RARELY use the gyration feature because it doesn't perform the way it is supposed to, therefore it makes it difficult to operate.
Summary: Have the combination keyboard and mouse. Mouse went bad. Ordered new mouse. No instructions on how to change the frequency for the keyboard to match the new frequency for the mouse. Couple of months later, we still can't figure it out. Gyration doesn't answer.
Summary: I bought one of these from Gyration years ago and loved it. Needed to replace it so ordered from Amazon last month. The package that arrived did not contain a cover to protect the wireless keyboard (although Amazon advertised it as having one).
Summary: When I got my original Gyration Go Air Mouse, the battery would last for well over a day. I would charge it at night and leave it out all day with constant use and never noticed it die once. Well after a few years it would die after maybe 8-10 hours of constant use.
Summary: I bought this and hated it. It looks nice but works like trash. I was using this from accross the room and it kept cutting out. I tried changing batteries and it didn't help. I bought this because money isn't an issue and eneded up settleing for a cheaper wirelesss combo system.
Summary: Just checked the Gyration website while writing this review and it appears that they have either lost their domain name or website. All I get is a place holder page.... WHAT?!?! The true manufacturer, SMK-Link, and the people behind the motion sensor, Movea, are still around though.
Pros: Moves pointer on screen.... sometimes.
Cons: This unfortunately is the worst Gyration mouse I've used. I've owned two Go Pluses, the mini mouse they made, and the super small Transport model and all worked great. The Elite on the other hand gets flaky more than 10 feet away from the receiver and is unusable if you happen to use 2.4ghz wirel...
Summary: Nice small size keyboard, but don't spill even a drop of liquid on it. My first one died a quick death when a few drops of liquid entered the keyboard. Absolutely no help from the manufacturer in getting a replacement. I foolishly bought a second one and the same thing happened.
Summary: I bought with related keyboard at a great price, but prices seem to have doubled since then. Must be a popular device. Current prices would give me pause.
Pros: Great for use on htcp. Easy to learn and accurate. Plug and play, no driver installs needed.
Cons: I've owned since October but it now does not function. No signal, no response. Only 24 month warranty of course. A few stars for the first few months of use, but I'd expect a longer life than 6 months. Can't justify another purchase with that life expectancy.
Summary: Love this item out of the box. It really worked very well. No issues at all on that front. I had this hooked up to a laptop in our bedroom using our flat screen as a monitor. It was virtually never used. The mouse sat on the charger 24x7. I think I used it maybe 10 times over the course of a year.
