Summary: I bought this mouse in February 2014. I had intermittent issues and replaced my Bluetooth dongle which helped. I was replacing batteries every 3 weeks until in August this mouse died. I returned the dead mouse to the factory which replaced it in 7 days. It's been 1 month now and the mouse is dead. The 1st return shipping cost was okay a 2nd return is not worth it. This mouse is fit for burial.
WARNING: does not work in Windows 8.1, need to rollback driver

Summary: This mouse was working fine when I was using Windows 8. But when I upgraded to Windows 8.1 it started freezing every few minutes, the only way to reset it was to turn it off and turn it back on -- inconvenient to say the least. Tech support answered after 3 days and was utterly unhelpful ("Did you try changing the battery?") Searching the Internet showed that some people had problems with Power Management options in the Windows Bluetooth configuration.
Summary: Mouse worked great for 7 months. Suddenly quit connecting to my tablet. Have tried new batteries, reloading driver, and deleting device and re-pairing. It's dead. Can't find what the warranty is for it, but it died while I was traveling, so was very inconvenient. I need something that will be dependable.
Summary: Mouse worked wonderfully for two months. Then yesterday it started taking longer than usual to wake from sleep and batteries died. I figured I must have left it on at some point so I replaced the batteries. Worked well today for a couple hours and now it will only stay on for 4-5 seconds, just long enough to connect and then go dead. Waste of 25 bucks, dont buy it! this happens to far too many customers!
Summary: I purchased this mouse and got it connected to my laptop. It worked for half a day. Then the light just flashed which acording to the website says its low batteries. I changed the batteries and nothing changed. I fought with it for 2 hours trying to rest or connect it with no luck. So I returned and got a new one thinking it was defective. Got the replacement and same exact thing.
Summary: Item arrived and wont work. Funny thing, batteries were already in the mouse and it was left turned on. So it looks like I was sent a returned item. I have tried it on an ultrabook & 2 tablets, it will not connect. I hate to return things, so I ordered a USB dongle to see if I can get it ti work. I really love the size of the mouse. It works for my small hands. So I hope I can get it going.
Summary: I ordered this bluetooth mouse by GIgabyte from Amazon for occasional use with my netbook. Price was good and the description sounded fine. Amazon delivered promptly, with product in unopened box. But Step 1 was insert batteries and turn on, which should be followed by LED blinking for 3 seconds. LED came on continuously for about 10 seconds, then turned off. No sign of life from laser. Tested the batteries and they were fine.
Summary: I bought a bluetooth M7700 mouse for myself and tested it on my MacBook Pro. It worked in both MacOS and Windows 8 via bootcamp. (You have to pair it in Windows first, then it will remain paired upon booting into MacOS. If you pair it in MacOS first, it will not remain paired in Windows.) The mouse worked ok at first, and I bought a second one for my girlfriend, who is using it with a Windows 8 laptop PC. Her mouse worked ok at first too.
