Buyer's remorse

Andrew D., Newegg
26 December 2014
  • Summary: I'm obviously in the minority, but I've noticed said minority has the same issues that I do. If you're going to buy this mouse, just know you risk joining our ranks, but for the most part it's a decent product.
  • Pros: After getting use to the feel of it, I thought this mouse was great. Very ergonomic, and I love all of its features. When they work.
  • Cons: After about 6 months this mouse started failing terribly on me. It wouldn't respond at random times and I've never abused it. It has never taken damage of any sort. The hiccups have become more frequent, and last longer. Can't replace, Newegg says its past the replacement period. Most expensive j...

Comfortable, sub-par mouse

Eric C., Newegg
8 December 2014
  • Summary: Definitely won't recommend, as you can spend $20 more and get a reliable mouse that will last you for years. Or in my case have to go back to an old reliable optical mouse I purchased 10 years ago for $50 until I can find a solid gaming/CAD replacement.
  • Pros: Comfort, worked very well for a little over a year at minimal usage.
  • Cons: Unreliable after a year of owning it at minimal usage, sensor seemed to be going bad at a rapid pace and became frustrating to use during gaming, drawing in CAD, and Photoshop.

Don't buy it.

Boyd I., Newegg
28 September 2014
  • Summary: I realize that for twenty dollars I shouldn't have expected much out of this thing, but the logitech three button mouse on my other computer was about ten dollars and is also ten years old without a single problem.
  • Pros: Really nice shape. Feels very comfy in my hand and even manages to look pretty cool. While it worked it was a very good mouse.
  • Cons: after about 3 months it started being stupid. It had jerky movements and then finally just wouldn't work on anything but plain white paper. After six months It would stop working all together until I disconnected and reconnected it. At eleven months it simply stopped working and forced me to get ...

Horrible QC/CS

Aaron K., Newegg
21 September 2014
  • Pros: Works ok when it wants to. Thats after you spend about 15 - 45 minutes wiggling it around until the usb pins make contact.
  • Cons: Those of you having stuttering problems, try wiggling your USB plug around and see if anything changes. The DPI lights may be on, but the mouse isnt functional until you are able to change it to 1-2 LEDs lit instead of all 3. If all 3 LEDs are lit, from just being plugged in, the mouse is useless...

Tracking gets progressively worse

Andrew S., Newegg
18 July 2014
  • Summary: It's jiggling right now so I cant click the "I have read..." box to submit this review. I think it has become self-aware. The machines are rising.
  • Pros: Perfect hand fit, nice feel to the scroll wheel.
  • Cons: Sensor works great at first. Any surface. After a few months it wouldn't work on my black mouse pad, so I used a sheet of paper. A few months after that it would start tracking poorly until I "reset" it by putting it on the black mouse pad, then back to the paper and it would work fine for a whil...

Like the rest stopped working

Eugene T., Newegg
6 July 2014
  • Summary: If you want a good gaming mouse for a month or so this is the mouse for you. If you want it to last a little longer you might want to look elsewhere.
  • Pros: Great for gaming while it worked. I loved being able to adjust the sensitivity on the fly. It feels good and fits the hand well
  • Cons: Stopped working after 4 months or so like others the paper thing worked a while now, nothing. This is a real shame would not purchase again

Bad sensor, good ergonomics

Thomas S., Newegg
26 March 2014
  • Summary: If it continued to work fine, I'd have given it 4 eggs, but the fact that it only works when used on a piece of paper is ridiculous.
  • Pros: - Feels comfortable in my hands - On the fly DPI adjustment - I like the black/blue color scheme
  • Cons: - Sensor only works on rough, light colored surfaces like paper. Black mouse pads create "skipping" - Performance degrades over time (see above con) - DPI adjuster is in an awkward position
