Summary: Do not expect more than 1 year out of this mouse, mine will only now function using a sheet of white paper for the mousepad. Other users have also reported this problem which indicates very poor quality and components, which should be expected for the price but it should at the very least work for more than 6 months to a year. I do not recommend this mouse to anyone.
Pros: -DPI switch is handy for precision shooting in FPS games -low price
Summary: I urge you to not buy this mouse. URGE!!!!
Pros: The wire that comes out of it connects to my computer. Otherwise, none.
Cons: ONLY WORKS ON WHITE PAPER. Even then it barely works. Skipping, lagging, being a general pain to do anything with.... these are all feature of this mouse. I'm ready to throw this thing across a room. Instead I decided to come here and review it so no one else would buy it.
Summary: The first year I had it, it was pretty good. 5 months earlier it wouldn't turn on. I had to plug it into a different USB port. This occurred 4 times. 3 months later it began having latency issues. Now, the issue got worse. I'm predicting that eventually it would die out for good. If you are going to buy this, keep note it is not durable!
Summary: Bought this mouse for gaming thinking it was a cheap alternative to something like a Razer mouse. When it's actually working, it's a decent mouse, but it often fails. The first one I had, which I bought on Amazon worked great for a few months, then started jittering across the screen and failing to respond, so I did an RMA through Gigabyte and received a new one.
Summary: I bought five of these for my office, three died after 5 months. The other two are only working because they're at the freelance desks and barely used. DO NOT BUY. They were great while they lasted but spend the extra money and get a Logitech mouse that will last.
Summary: Was a such a big fan of this mouse during its operational phase. So let down by the seeming randomness of its refusal to work intermittently. Much sad.
Pros: Easily disassembled when meeting concrete at velocity.
Cons: Began stuttering after a couple months. Works 90% of the time flawlessly, until you need it to work. Then, it just ignores you until you lift it from the mouse-pad and re-position it. No discernible reason, i.e., free of detritus, connected, not-abused. It just wants a break in those crucial moments when it really will anger you the maximum amount possible.
Summary: Do not buy this mouse and waste your money. It looks shiny and awesome and it is for a couple months until it plain stops working.
Pros: The design and ergonomics are very well executed. it feels good in the hand and is larger than other mice, which I like Being able to change the mouse sensitivity on the fly is amazing, I got more use out of that feature than I expected While it worked, it was one of the coolest mice I had ever owned.
Cons: After working for me for about 4 months on my black and yellow mousepad, it eventually stopped working on the black portion of it and it was really annoying. The only solution I found was to use a piece of paper over my mouse pad but a litle less than a month later that isn't even working anymore, as I have been experiencing terrible input lag that I would expect from a wireless mouse, not at all from a wired one. If any of the reviews for this product are any indicat...
Summary: Don't buy this ****ty mouse. It will die on you. IT WILL. I want a refund.
Pros: Worked well the first couple months.
Cons: Sensor started to die on me, my original black mouse pad stopped working for it, so I got a red pad, that stopped working too. Now I'm using a bright orange pad, and the tracking is yet again fading away. This mouse has a terrible sensor that WILL die on you. Essentially, after a couple months, you'll notice the cursor jittering now and then, eventually the tracking will become really choppy, you can compensate by getting a brighter mouse pad, but alas, the failing se...
Summary: Was really impressed initially with the price and style and function of this mouse - then the sensor/laser broke. Initially it was as if the sensor was being turned off and on again and then finally it just quit. Seems like a common problem amongst those that use this mouse for everyday computer-ing. I'd suggest you save yourself the eventual headache and invest in a solid mouse with a reputable peripheral company.
Summary: There are quite a few options within the same price range that offer more reliability when looking for a budget gaming mouse. I would recommend avoiding this one.
Pros: The shape and texture are nice.
Cons: Sensor started going bad within the first month and continued to worsen until it would no longer track reliably on any surface at all. Aside from that the DPI button sticks up a bit and requires only the slightest pressure to change your DPI which will often happen when using the scroll wheel.
