Change your mousepad

Bryce L., Newegg
18 February 2013
  • Pros: Form-fitting to the hand and overall comfortable. I've had it for almost 2 months and have not had to change the batteries while using it every day, so it's obviously very efficient in its power usage. I enjoy the DPI buttons and the case it comes in. I can change the sensitivity depending on my ...
  • Cons: At first, I thought the mouse was DOA because it would hop all over the screen when I moved it, so I looked online for some solutions thinking maybe my wireless card's frequency was interfering with that of the mouse. Finding close to nothing and after installing GIGABYTE's mouse software, I was ...

Great Mouse

Ephriam K., Newegg
17 October 2012
  • Summary: Ubuntu Linux does not have a native way of taking advantage of the additional buttons. I am still looking for some software or drivers that would allow me to do so. It is not a huge deal for me as left/right/center clicking and scrolling work as expected.
  • Pros: Very nice mouse. Good form factor for my needs. I love the on/off switch on the mouse. Something that many wireless mice I have used in the past missed. I use this mouse along side an Ubuntu Linux OS and it was recognized right way.
  • Cons: None so far

  • Pros: Very Solid Heavy Wide (Perfect for large hands) Very Responsive
  • Cons: Runs on AA batteries

Solid mouse

Riley N., Newegg
4 September 2012
  • Summary: As stated above, this is a solid mouse without being too expensive. My grain of salt is that if you want to switch DPI in one stroke, don't buy this, and the glossy plastic collects fingergrime like crazy
  • Pros: Size: the most noticeable thing about this is that it is heavy and is comfortable to be using for a while. Scrolling: the scroll wheel is actually slightly conical instead of cylindrical so it is simply more comfortable to use; also, one thing that annoys me is loud scrolling, and the ECO 600 is ...
  • Cons: To use the mouse 4 and 5 buttons, you must install GIGABYTE's software, which slows down boot time. For the forward side button (mouse 4), I feel like it is a reach from my resting hand position which can be bothersome if used extemsively. The DPI switches, but in a way that you must press one of...

  • Summary: This one was bought for our safety director at work after I found him using a baby mouse supplied by dell. Its always fun to bust the safety director with safety infractions since I am the IT pro at work :)
  • Pros: Fits large hands well and the case is nice for traveling. I own 2 of these now and both work great
  • Cons: none so far

Great mouse

Ian P., Newegg
16 June 2012
  • Summary: Easily damaged. Do not play or use in areas with hard floors. Eventualy you will drop the mouse from a high and you will want padded flooring such as a carpet or rug to protect the fall. Also keep the dongle plugged in your comp. Its very small and blend in with everything if you loss it.
  • Pros: Verry comfortable for people like me with big hands. Good mouse for high dpi users. Dpi switch allows for gamers to increase and decrease before and after sessions easily. Long battery life smooth movement. Easily repairable. Magnetic dongle holder is very useful to keep track of the dongle.
  • Cons: a tad bit bottom heavy. Its ok tho because its off balanced to your thumb. makes swiping "different" but somewhat smoother and easier.

Good mouse, weak battery door

Dennis M., Newegg
7 March 2012
  • Summary: I plan on buying at least one more of these mice. This is my third Gigabyte mouse (2 wired and this wireless) and I will be buying more. Good quality and responsiveness.
  • Pros: Excellent tracking. No synchronization issues. DPI on the fly works perfectly. Good for gaming. Incredibly comfortable for my large hands. Good weight. I've used this on several surfaces that my LED mice balked at for reflectivity and it worked like a champ.
  • Cons: Battery door broke on the first drop (Four feet onto a concrete floor). Not a big issue, but could stand to be stronger.
