Pros: Size: the most noticeable thing about this is that it is heavy and is comfortable to be using for a while. Scrolling: the scroll wheel is actually slightly conical instead of cylindrical so it is simply more comfortable to use; also, one thing that annoys me is loud scrolling, and the ECO 600 is virtually silent. The box it comes in is very handy - sturdy plastic filled with molded foam for safe travelling I assume, but nice anyway.
Cons: To use the mouse 4 and 5 buttons, you must install GIGABYTE's software, which slows down boot time. For the forward side button (mouse 4), I feel like it is a reach from my resting hand position which can be bothersome if used extemsively. The DPI switches, but in a way that you must press one of the two buttons first and then go up or down in between 800, 1200, and 1600; again, a little annoying.
Pros: Excellent tracking. No synchronization issues. DPI on the fly works perfectly. Good for gaming. Incredibly comfortable for my large hands. Good weight. I've used this on several surfaces that my LED mice balked at for reflectivity and it worked like a champ.
Cons: Battery door broke on the first drop (Four feet onto a concrete floor). Not a big issue, but could stand to be stronger.
Pros: Full size mouse, great for normal or larger sized hands. Side buttons, great for using "back" and "forward" commands for browsers, file explorers, etc. Adjustable DPI for adjusting movement speed when switching monitors/computers.*see other Wheel scrolls easily and quietly, and can be used as 5th button. Works upto 25+ feet from receiver.* see other Good rubber grip on thumb area. Comfortable.
Cons: Designed for right hand use, not recommended for people with left hand preference.
Pros: The mouse is large and fits my large palms very nicely, it is incredibly easy to use because of this. It is also very precise and the adjustable DPI is very convenient.
Cons: The placement of the laser on the bottom of the mouse is awkward at best, and since I use this mouse with my laptop it doesn't always work on the surfaces I rest it on since the laser is so far to the side of the mouse.
Pros: Pretty comfortable in my right hand. DPI buttons are cool but require the Gigabyte software to function, I think. Performance is good - I use it for gaming and flinging things between my 3 monitors.
Cons: I'm not entirely sure, but I think it may have been somewhat unreliable at range - just the occasional hang up.
Summary: due to the fantastic nature of this mouse i have gamed constantly since it got delivered. However my wife has now left me as a result and i lost my job. But totally worth it ime now a level 70 mage!!
Summary: Now before I start I just won't to say I don't work for gigabyte. I wanted a large good looking gaming mouse and a good price and this is perfect. My Dad was jealous and got rid of his 40 or 20 pound mouse (I can't remember) and got this, we love it!!!!!
Summary: Wonderful looking mouse which appears modern but not over-the-top with lights and all that rubbish. Works perfectly well, so far no issues have been encountered. The wireless connected instantly, 1600 DPI is highly responsive and the rubber grip either side provides for great comfort along side the structural design. Overall very impressive and as expected. Ordered on a Monday, received the following day.
