Summary: I've had this tablet for about 3 years and I'm very happy with it still. It's sensitive, and easy to start using right away. My only complaint, and the reason for the 4 star rating, is the pen. The piece that the buttons are under, over time, will easily pop off when you try to take the battery compartment off. After putting a little craft glue on it, it's as good as new, but it was worth mentioning.
Summary: Good tablet, not amazing, but it works. The buttons on the edges are kinda hard to use, but overall it still is a decent tablet. Especially for the low price. I have since moved on, but it is certainly a good tablet for beginners! Mouse was pretty....weird and cheap feeling, but...I really didn't use it anyways.
Summary: Summary: This tablet performs incredibly well at the price. I changed a few applications to make better use of the device, and am completely satisfied by the performance. Since it is less expensive than the top of the line tablets, I expect it will miss some features. The second negative (focus rolls off screen when using multi-desktop) was the reason I took one star off the review.
Summary: Overall this is a decent tablet. The pen is to thick (it has to hold a AA battery) and the mouse is to small for grown ups... that and it only works on the tablet limits its usefulness. The included software is OK, and the handwriting app is neat and I have used it for a few things. The pen's buttons are to small and placed to high up for my liking, so I disabled them in the driver. The button along the edge of the tablet are nice and can be programmed.
Summary: Let me preface this review by saying I am not the primary user for this tablet. I got it as a gift for someone who is just getting into graphic design but already exels with a mouse. I figured, hey, a tablet could work wonders. I will update this review once the intended recipient has given me more feedback on it, but from my own testing I was pretty impressed.
Summary: I purchased two of these for my home - one for my son and the other for myself. Each of us uses the tablet for different applications and have found it to perform as advertised. My son uses it for graphic design and natural media art projects and has been able to publish nice work. I use it as a mouse alternative to aleviate carple tunel syndrome and have found it easy to set up and use.
Summary: I really love this product, its easy to use after the first day you use it, I never used a tablet before and it got pretty easy and to good use of how to use this, after the first day, I had no idea on how to use the programmable keys, to program them, you need to know a little more about computers, what I like is that you can set what the pen tip and buttons on the pen can do. Though the settings were just the way i like it.
Summary: I bought this for my boyfriend who does graphic printing. He started out doing decals for race cars and basic lettering. He has been getting more requests for more detailed work and custom graphics. He has been talking about getting a graphic tablet for the past few years but was not sure if he would like using one and didn't want to invest too much just in case.
Summary: After reading reviews of both the Wacom and Genius brand tablets, I decided to go with the Genius brand considering it was half the price. And I was not disappointed. I am using Win 7 and I thought I would have issues with installation but it was a snap. Just remember to install the driver software first before you do anyting, and it tells you when you need to plug in the tablet. After a quick reboot, the tablet was working flawlessly.
