Summary: This unit is horrible and it failed on me after light and minor use. First the pen stopped working and fell apart then the mouse stopped worked and then I had to throw it away and buy a new mouse because I could not afford to buy another tablet after you guys sent me such a poor product, I was broke. I feel really bad that I wasted my money on this unit and it didn't even last me.
Summary: I've had this tablet for about 3 years and I'm very happy with it still. It's sensitive, and easy to start using right away. My only complaint, and the reason for the 4 star rating, is the pen. The piece that the buttons are under, over time, will easily pop off when you try to take the battery compartment off. After putting a little craft glue on it, it's as good as new, but it was worth mentioning.
Everything GREAT ...until you need a replacement tip for the pen!

Summary: Listen. This is a very good tablet. Very good price. Very good design. Very good weight in the pen (because it uses an AAA battery, so it is really confortable to handle it). Very good features. Very good brand. And probably hundreds of other "very goods". BUT. (Yes.... BUUUUUUUT). Happiness dies the day your pen tip needs to be replaced. NOBODY ON THE PLANET EARTH SELLS THE REPLACEMEN TIP FOR THE PEN THAT COMES QITH THIS TABLET.
Summary: Good tablet, not amazing, but it works. The buttons on the edges are kinda hard to use, but overall it still is a decent tablet. Especially for the low price. I have since moved on, but it is certainly a good tablet for beginners! Mouse was pretty....weird and cheap feeling, but...I really didn't use it anyways.
Summary: The sensitivity is pretty good, and the pieces seems quite durable. I think this is perfect to introductory-mid level digital artists. It requires batteries in order for the mouse and the pen to work (AAA batteries are included), but I use them with other rechargeable Ni-MH batteries anyway, so I had no problem regarding this issue.
Summary: The Genius Mouse-Pen tablet is okay. I say that because my first tablet was a Wacom Graphire II 4x6 that did not require the mouse or pen to have batteries. The AAA battery in the mousepen makes it slightly top heavy and the side buttons are difficult to locate sometimes whereas I have to physically bring the pen close to my eyes in order to find them. The tablet is responsive and accurate all in all but not the best substitute for a Wacom.
Summary: Summary: This tablet performs incredibly well at the price. I changed a few applications to make better use of the device, and am completely satisfied by the performance. Since it is less expensive than the top of the line tablets, I expect it will miss some features. The second negative (focus rolls off screen when using multi-desktop) was the reason I took one star off the review.
Summary: Overall this is a decent tablet. The pen is to thick (it has to hold a AA battery) and the mouse is to small for grown ups... that and it only works on the tablet limits its usefulness. The included software is OK, and the handwriting app is neat and I have used it for a few things. The pen's buttons are to small and placed to high up for my liking, so I disabled them in the driver. The button along the edge of the tablet are nice and can be programmed.
