Failed within a year

  • Summary: As a right hander, who has to mouse left handed because of an old shoulder injury, this mouse was perfect. It did take getting used to. But it was only when I had to stop using it that I noticed what a difference it had made - as now my hand and wrist got so much more fatigued. And I had to stop using it because is failed. It simply will not turn one anymore. First, after a big Windows update last year, it appeared its drivers became incompatible with Windows 7.

Way too bulky and big!

  • Summary: I have been trying to find a good ergonomic mouse. This is just way too bulky and big. The buttons were too sensitive and just didn't do it for me. I returned immediately.

Stay away. I had issues with my mouse....and only got a 2/3 refund!!!

  • Summary: Initially I was very pleased with my purchase. I work 12 hour shifts and the mouse greatly reduced the strain on my wrist. The programmable buttons are nice. Limited, but nice. Ultimately, I ended up returning my mouse for a partial refund (which I was very displeased about). The PROBLEM: after about 7 weeks of use, the left-click button was failing between 5-10% of the time. Unacceptable. Make no mistake, there is a learning curve involved with using a mouse like this.

Great Concept, Poor Delivery

  • Pros: The shape of the device does what it is intended for.
  • Cons: First Issue: Item was in stock. I ordered on a Wednesday with rush shipping. It wasn't sent until the following Monday; Received on Wednesday. Horrible processing/shipping! Second Issue: It doesn't work on our corporate desks without a mouse pad. We use many different types of optical mice here, this is this first one we've ever encountered that needed a mouse pad to read correctly. Using a mouse pad defeats the purpose of this device as it is designed to use the arm,...

Mouse wheel broke after using the mouse for four months.

  • Summary: This is too much money to pay for something that breaks after only four months. There is no returning or replacing after thirty days. Very bad policy for something that expensive. I do not recommend this product because of the price and because it broke with normal use after only four months of use.

Works Sometimes

  • Summary: The best thing I can say about this product is that it "Works Sometimes" The pointer follows my mouse movement for awhile then "jumps" around not following the mouse movement at all. Very frustrating, I've tried different surfaces, cleaning it and adjustments and all just a waist of time.

  • Summary: Its supposed to be for someone with normal-sized hands, but it would be small in the hands of even a small child. Poor workmanship, typical cheap Chinese crap. The battery cover fits poorly and falls off. Where am I supposed to rest my pinky? I have to hold this POS as though I were drinking from a teacup. I'm sending it back asap.

Got Bad Unit and Learned about Poor Customer Service

  • Summary: I was mostly happy with this product after receiving it. Unfortunately, it soon began to simply stop working every few hours or so. Sometimes the light would go out and I would need to replug the USB cord, other times the light would stay lit and I would need to jiggle the unit for a few seconds to get the cursor to work again. I was unsuccessful at finding a customer service telephone number so email the company instead.

Great Product, Terrible Company

  • Summary: I bought this mouse about two months ago to replace an older version. I was very happy with the mouse, and as there are no alternitives, will continue to use the verticle mouse line of products. Unfortunatly, the customer service from Evoluent is terrible. The mouse ceased to function about two months after I purchased it. These things happen, and while annoying, isn't the end of the world.
