Summary: So i have been using this mouse HEAVILY for over a week now and i must say this mouse is ONE of the best mice i have used in ALL my years of computer gaming. Before this mouse i was using wireless mice and noticed quite a bit of lag (its not really noticable unless you know what your looking for.) and i can say now that i have gone back to a corded mouse i will never go back to a wireless mouse for gaming. The Recon software is VERY user friendly and very easy to use.
Summary: I bought this mouse to replace a Left-Handed Razer DeathAdder, and this mouse has exceeded its predecessor in every way. The mouse has a terrific feel; it's neither too big nor too small, the nav buttons on the side aren't easy to accidentally press, and the ability to change DPI quickly makes it ideal for all-purpose use.
Summary: I really do like this mouse. The only extra I would ask for is the mappable macros to buttons like Logitech, but I got this strictly for gaming. The mouse's larger than average size is very comfortable for long periods of use, and it is both for left and right handed people, alike. I am now on past my second year with this mouse, and it is starting to act buggy. Sometimes the mouse will move diagonally on screen when I am moving verticle.
Summary: Awesome mouse! Love this thing. I use it on my desktop at home and carry it around with my laptop as well. Aside from the great performance and easy-to-set macros and settings for different games (some games require higher dpi and some less), it also has cool aesthetics. My laptop is black/red, so I use the Recon's red led lights for that one. When i have it plugged into my desktop, which is black/blue, i use the Recon's blue led lights.
Summary: Superb. Pros: 1) I love the material - it is soft touch all over. I tried many other mice from Logitech and Razer and they all had "ribbed" or "sandpaper" like feel somewhere on the mouse, which I didn't like. It is really about your preference. If you don't like those materials, then you will LOVE the feel of this mouse. 2) No issues with accidentally hitting buttons.
Summary: Mouse definitely lived up to my expectations. Pros: -perfect size (the pictures almost make it seem like it is somewhat small) -comfortable for "claw" and "Palm" style grips -DPI range is great and the default presets that you can switch between with the arrows near the middle mouse wheel are well thought out Cons: -only major con is that the software that comes with it isn't the most intuitive as another reviewer mentioned
Summary: Great mouse, great price. Good for Counter-Strike, League of Legends, and other FPS/MOBAs. I originally used the Corsair M65 which is a great product as well. I chose the CM Storm because the width fits in just my index and middle finger. Where as with the Corsair, I had to rest my ring and pinky finger on the mouse, which caused cramping for me after hours of usage.
Summary: I bought this mouse as a replacement when i was waiting for my Razer Ouroborus to ship. I figured that i didn't need something very high quality to last a month or so before the real high quality mouse arrived. However, within 3 days, i had grown to love the mouse. the rubber grips were amazing and super comfortable to rest on. The buttons had just the right resistance, and the cables didn't tangle. The mouse feet glided well and everything was right.
Summary: Very nice mouse. My Logitech G500 broke recently and I needed to replace it semi-cheaply. I'd been having wrist issues due to my job (programming) and gaming taking a double whammy on them so I decided that I should get an ambidextrous mouse so I could switch off my mouse hand to avoid RSI. I have been very pleased with the mouse so far (three days now.) The build quality feels a lot sturdier than any mouse I've had and the action is very smooth.
