Excellent so far.

  • Summary: The product is exactly what I wanted and there is no sign of it being used or refurbished. Time will tell whether this product actually holds up or not. For now it is great and I am really happy with the price.

mighty mouse

  • Summary: Works just fine, saved a few bucks vs buying from apple. My only need was to pair with a mac, & that was effortless. Also fairly simple to pair with windows 7 and XP. No luck pairing with vista.

Great price for a Bluetooth Mighty Mouse

Overstock
13 January 2010
  • Summary: I consider the Wireless Mighty Mouse a 'consumable', because I literally wore out the tiny trackball of my first one in just over a year of heavy use. No amount of alcohol-wipe therapy could make the trackball work reliably again. This time, I'm going to save my Wireless Mighty Mouse for special projects that really REQUIRE a mouse, so it should last much longer. No, it doesn't do the multi-touch surface gestures of the replacement product, but it works great with my 2007...

Love it.

Joshua S., Newegg
7 March 2009
  • Summary: I love this thing. It looks great with my mac mini and macbook. My mac mini is hooked up to my 42" LCD TV so my daughter can play PBSkids.org on the couch using the wireless keyboard and mouse. The wireless keyboard and mouse look clean and sleek - just great in front of my entertainment center. If you have a PC I could understand why you might look elsewhere for gaming function or compatible "PC aesthetics." But, if you have a mac this is a must have.
  • Pros: * Looks good sitting there * Doesn't have all sorts of colors and buttons everywhere * Simple enough that my 3 year old can use it * Sophisticated enough for multi-function when used with OS X
  • Cons: * The roller ball collects lint every few months, because it is so small. (This is easily fixed with a paper towel and your leg. Put the paper towel on your leg and roll the MM upside down on the paper towel. Works very well.)

Mighty Mouse to the rescue

marjorie s., Newegg
10 January 2009
  • Summary: After two unsatisfactory bluetooth mice for my new macbook (Microsoft, Logitech), I broke down and bought the wireless MM version for my macbook and I am once again a happy camper. I am not a gamer, but I do spend a lot of time using my 'puter, so the mouse gets a good workout. If you are a PC user, you will have to take some time to get used to the MM.
  • Pros: - its an Apple product - it'll do what I want it to do (Customizable) - smooth tracking - I like the flat profile better than the ergo - fits my hand better - easy syncing - fast on
  • Cons: - no carrying case - price - but can be found cheaper

awesome mouse

Zachary H., Newegg
9 December 2008
  • Summary: I use my macbook for a pretty good variety of applications - internet, media (music, photos, and movies), ripping movies on Handbrake, skype with the webcam, office docs, spreadsheets, and powerpoint, and some gaming on World of Warcraft.
  • Pros: The mighty mouse is awesome. I had heard mixed reviews before buying mine, but have had it over a year with no issues. It syncs with my macbook EVERY SINGLE TIME with no issues, unlike my wife's windows bluetooth mouse. I even play World of Warcraft with it, although I prefer a wired moused when possible there. But it works when I'm mobile. The main thing I like is no wires anywhere and the fact that the pairing always works. Even if the macbook is on, you just turn t...
  • Cons: Honestly, none.

Mighty Mouse with no tail!

Ramon P., Newegg
3 September 2008
  • Summary: Make sure when you set up your mighty mouse to go into your System Preferences. Set up your speed, response time, right click, left click plus sensitivity preferences to you're liking, slow or fast. It only takes about a minute to set up. The default preferences of the mouse are very basic. You have to customize for yourself!
  • Pros: Perfect for mobile laptop use! No more cringing your hand using the track pad. Excellent wireless tracking, plus right click and left click! It is a simple design that far exceeds what expected. Simple looks are very deceiving when it come down to this apple mighty mouse. It works excellent and is very easy to set up. Customizable preferences fit for you're liking.
  • Cons: Not rechargeable, but you can use rechargeable batteries.
