Summary: My photos are all messed up, as there was a tech issue, some of them disappear, some just turn into a question mark and some are completely disoriented, full of squares and whatnot...item arrived 2 weeks later as well...not happy.
Summary: I was hoping to find a wi-fi card to use with my Nikon D7000, in the second SD slot as a method of previewing shots for focus and composition on a larger screen iPad. It takes about 60 seconds for the WiFi-SD signal to appear on my iDevices. However, if you are not in live view, the signal is lost in moments. I was able to connect with my iPhone in direct mode but was unable to connect in internet mode.
Summary: Just purchased the 16GB version of this card (firmware ver.1.4)for use with my Nikon D7000. I'm using an Android tablet with the transcend software. I followed all the WiFi set up directions to a T, at first I kept loosing the direct connect WiFi signal but then I figured out why; they don't mention this in any of the directions but apparently the camera (D7000) MUST be in Live view mode in order for the card to be active While having the camera in Live View mode, I was...
Summary: Very slow responding in all aspects, wifi startup, connecting, transferring images. I use a D800 and even in the smallest image size of 2Mb, transfer is minimum 15-20 seconds. Range in Direct Share mode is less than 3 feet if holding camera, 6 feet not holding camera. Internet Mode could not connect 9 out of 10 times with once for less than 15 seconds.
Summary: The Transcend 16 GB Class 10 micro SDHC Flash Memory Card arrived and was installed. I liked it very, very much. Precisely two weeks after the Amazon.com return window closed this memory card went blank triggering my cell's "unexpected removal..." notice, and it goes unrecognized by my personal computer's memory card reader--I have 2 pieces of plastic with tiny metal strips that do absolutely nothing.
Summary: I bought this card as an upgrade for my Android phone (HTC Aria). While in my phone, whenever I would transfer data to/from the card or even use apps installed to the card, the card would randomly disconnect and wouldn't be usable without a reboot. I have tried 3 other cards in my phone and none of them go nuts like this. The card seemed to work fine when inserted into my computer's SD card reader, so it might be some kind of compatibility issue.
Summary: In the interest of a balanced review, I will say that the price is unbeatable and of course Best Buy free shipping is a great deal. However, the product is inexpensive and is likely constructed with only price point in mind. Used with a Canon S95 P&S that has never experienced a card failure or malfunction of any sort, this card successfully captured a week of pictures during a trip to South America, including wedding pictures.
