The Super Talent CFast utilizes the SLCand MLC flash type and is designed in a 36.4mm x 42.8mm x 3.3mm (for CF Type I) form factor. It has up to 375MB/s Read and 375MB/s Write data transfer speeds, and requires a 3.3V power voltage to operate. The unit has been tested for shock resistance up to 2,000Gs, and complies with CompactFlash™ Association specification standards. It has an operating temperature of 32° to 158° F / 0° to 70° C and a storage temperature of between -4° to 185° F / -20°to 85° C. The Plug-and-play device is covered by a one year warranty.

Features

The Super Talent CFast is part of Super Talent’s compact digital storage product line that supports a SATA interface. CFast has a bandwidth of 375MB/s. Measuring 36.4 x 42.8 x 3.3mm for Type I CFast storage cards and 36.4 x 42.8 x 5.0mm for Type II, the CFast Storage Card features a single-chip controller and flash memory module. The SATA interface on the card is made up of a 7-pin signal connector and a 17-pin power and control connector. The CFast storage cards are available in 8GB and 16GB based on SLC (Single Level Cell) flash and 8GB, 16GB and 32GB based on MLC (Multi Level Cell) flash. The first generation of CFast storage cards supports transfer speeds up to 200MB/s.
