Summary: I received exactly what i ordered & in a timely fashion, however, i didn't need to replace my other one. i kept getting the "memory error" display like several others on here. But come to find out, i had a couple of bent pins inside the memory card slot. So if this can be helpful to any of you, it might prove to NOT be the company's fault.
Summary: I had one fail to work, after a a few months. It came with a used camera I purchased. I called SanDisk to ask for assistance. Not only did SanDisk help, they sent me a new one. This professional decision was made on their behalf, I did not ask for a replacement, or expected one.
Summary: About 6 months after I started using my SanDisk card in my Canon camera, I started to get "memory error" problems. I reformatted the card in the camera and that got things working for a few more months. Now, reformatting using the camera doesn't work. I called SanDisk customer support and they told me I need to reformat using a card reader. Then they told me I am supposed to reformat the card twice a month using a card readder.
Summary: My Canon S410 came with a tiny stock card and I soon found the need to upgrade. This is a 4 MP camera and I set it on medium size and quality and can fit about 400 pictures on one card. (My wife however actually finds a way to fill the whole thing in a day!) It has great compatiblity, size and dependability. As it fits in the canon, into the card reader built into my PC and has never never corrupted.
