Summary: If you plan to use this on a mac, you'll want to remove the bloat 'ware the comes installed on this drive (it's only compatible with windows). Simply formatting the drive in disk utility won't work because Sandisk sneakily put the junk on a 2nd partition. [...
Summary: The 8 MB Cruzer Micro may seem like an upgrade from a 4 GB flash drive (like my Kingston), but it actually only has 6.66 MG of storage space. That is still a great amount but there is a reason 1.4 MG of space is taken up with unnecessary programs that cannot be deleted.
Summary: I was disappointed when I received this product. The pros are pretty obvious. 1. 8 GB's is ALOT of storage, plain and simple. It's very convenient to have access to literally all of my word files and a very significant chunk of my audio files on a device that barely weighs an ounce or two.
Summary: Works as advertised but the casing shell is made of very cheap, flimsy, brittle plastic. The alternative is the fantastic titanium version but that is a lot more expensive. I'd rather Sandisk make one version of this in a shell that was more rugged than the crappy plastic but less expensive than the...
Summary: Worked seamlessly on Mac 10.4.9 and Acer laptop with Vista; however on my Dell desktop computer the USB plug was too short and would not plug completely into the USB port, therefore it would not work (unfortunately that was the computer I needed it to work in!).
Summary: I bought this for the U3 functionality because I have a corp issued notebook and wanted to be able to access personal email while out of town. Surprisingly it came with Cruzer Sync 6.2 installed.
