unable to format sandisk sd card, that the error i am getting when i try to format my MicroSD 2G SanDisk and I tried to format it by right click and then select system adm then click in disc adm I select the correct drive by right clicking on it and then format but still, I downloaded a tool to format it but it did not work, can you please help me out? I will really appreciate it.
When using the adapter, and a SD card reader, the computer can format it any way it pleases. (FAT, FAT32, etc...). Once the card is in the phone, the phone cannot format it. When the phone is connected to the computer, you’ll get a popup window that the device in drive F needs to be formatted, the normal format utility comes up, and then fails almost instantly to format the card (while in the phone, connected via USB -> mini-B cable).
• Try this tool use it into mmc/sd/micro sd/flash disk: http://files.extremeoverclocking.com/file.php?f=197 .

Check if the m2 card is write protected and remove it. Try to reformat it on another computer.
