Summary: I wanted to get more memory for my smart phone. I went into target and asked the salesperson in electronics to recommend a memory card for my phone. The nice young man walked around the counter and he seemed very knowledgable of the equipment. We talked about what I wanted it for and he finally pulled this product off of the shelf. Though he knew the material, he wasn't right about the compatibility. Wrong SD card for the right smartphone.
Summary: This is OBVIOUSLY a problem with production. Just like the other person with an identical experience. The card was defective upon opening it. Neither my Gopro camera or my computer were able to read it or format it. My nerves are already fried from all sorts of problems with my camera and I was hoping this high speed card was going to give me some relief from at least a few of them.
Summary: I just bought this a few weeks ago to replace the PKY card I used in my Samsung Galaxy S3. The PKY card kept crashing my photo gallery after several months and hundreds of pictures. This Lexar card seemed to work fine, until yesterday, when it suddenly stopped working. As I was about to take a picture with my phone, a message appeared telling me that the card unexpectedly unmounted. I have done everything to re-mount the card to no avail.
Summary: The card was defective upon opening it. Neither my camera or my computer were able to read it or format it. I exchanged it for another card which is so far working. This was my first Lexar product and will probably be my last since it made a poor first impression being defective. Future Shop exchanged it with no problems though.
