High Price, High Performance

Brandon, B&H Photo
16 April 2015
  • Excerpt: This was a necessary purchase for use with my Blackmagic URSA and, fortunately, the 128Gb card holds enough for me to get just over 17 minutes of 4K RAW 3: 1. This also happens to be about the same amount of time it takes to transfer the footage to a storage device using USB 3.0.
  • Pros: Improves Performance, Professional Quality
  • Cons: Expensive As Sin

  • Excerpt: I use these Lexar cards in a Nikon D3S and D800e, for still shots, in RAW format. The D800e files are quite large, and this card can contain an entire days worth of wedding shots, Nascar races, or wildlife shooting.

Canon 1DX Shooter, Adorama
14 July 2014
  • Excerpt: These are solid, fast cards. 32 gB seems to be the sweet spot for me size wise. Purchased from Adorama, on sale, they are a reasonable deal. I've gotten fakes elsewhere before, so buyer beware. The sale caused these to be backordered.
