Summary: I bought this to use in my phone. It is nice to have (for my purposes) unlimited storage. But saving photos to it is slower than the internal memory. I expected it to be faster. But I'm still satisfied.
Summary: Kingston advertises that card y 45MB/sec seq write, well they lied, seq write speed is more like 70MB/sec.Transfered a 6GB file with kingston usb 3 card reader, write speed never dipped under 70MB/sec, crystaldisk mark also gave an average of 69MB/sec read is 95-90MB/sec as advertised destroys the overrated lexar 633x microsdxc on seq write speed, and to add insult to injury did it with 35$ cheaper
Pros: fast, cheap , lifetime warranty, trusty brand, what do you want more?
Summary: I understand these things fail at times. I got a bad one.
Pros: Worked when I got it.
Cons: Died after three months. Was able to recover the files using all manner of tools, but the card is simply no longer readable. I've tried different software, OS's, and hardware solutions, all to no avail.
Excerpt: I've purchased products in the past and each time I didn't think it couldn't get any better. Wrong... A great store that sells top of the line products at the best prices. I work for a computer re-seller and, even with an employee discount, we can't touch Adorama's prices.
Pros: Fast Transfer, Great price, Lightweight, Reliable
Summary: Picked this up for about $49 on sale, Kingston is one of the memory brands I stick with these days. I've had a little trouble in the last couple of years with Patriots, OCZ's and an A-Data products. It seems to run at its min speed, read speeds are good. It came formated as Exfat with about 64 or 64.5 GB usable which is nice. No complaints, would def buy again, especially with the lifetime warranty.
Summary: When it comes to faulty storage of all types, hard drives to flash cards, I've often had better luck with the replacement/refurbished parts I've been sent so perhaps the next component will last.
Pros: Worked great while it lasted! Would have been 5 stars if it hadn't stopped working. Kingston is really good about returns.
Cons: Completely failed just a few months after purchase. Bought on 4/29 failed on 8/3. Left it in the phone (Galaxy S4) all night, as I always do. I never remove the card from the phone. Woke up and it said it couldn't be read. Tried it in another phone, a few different readers, and two different laptops. Completely dead. Very upsetting.
