Excerpt: Once I learned how to link to phone and turn it on the WIFI worked great and the card performed as well as any SD card I have owned. It allowed me to take much better photos than a phone camera would and then send them to family while still on vacation without a computer to download photos to for e-mail. When I first got the card a needed help setting up. Eye FI support was great. I sent them an e-mail asking for support and they called me on my phone in a few hours.
Excerpt: Setup was fairly easy, and it worked right from the start. Well, once I read the instructions... It was a bit slow to establish a wifi connection while in Midtown Manhattan, but works like a charm in the boondocks.
Excerpt: With a somewhat complex networking product, you think they would give you SOMEONE to talk to if you run into trouble, which with networking products you usually do. Tried support via E-mail ONLY. Received an e-mail back asking me what my issues were after I told them the issues in a very lenghty description which apparently didn't get through to the support folks. Thank GOD they are building WiFi into the newer cameras so we won't have to use products like this.
Excerpt: I used this on my trip and it was great being able to see my pictures on my iPhone immediately. I heard that keeping the wireless on would drain my battery so I only turned it on when I wanted to transfer and did not experience any issues with my battery life. My only complaint would be that my phone doesn't have adequate space to store all the pictures and I had to constantly delete things, but that's not a fault of the card.
Pros: Easy To Use, Great Value, Reliable Performance
Excerpt: I use the EyeFi card for excellent images for social media. Walking about Cape May I can shoot with my Canon DSLR and immediately upload to Facebook or Instagram with out returning to the office. I get the original resolution which I like. While I so use the Eye-fi cloud for sharing and storage I would prefer to have selective downloading which the current Eye-Fi card does not permit. If I know I am going to shoot a lot of pics I switch to a regular SD Card.
Pros: Easy To Use, Great Value, Reliable Performance, Writes/Reads fast
