It also comes with advanced power management that optimizes use of camera power and is supported by Wi-Fi security such as Static WEP 64/128, WPA-PSK, and WPA2-PSK.

Features

The 4GB Eye-Fi Geo X2 card automatically uploads photos into a Mac, readily geotagged for integration with Places in softwares such as iPhoto ’09. The 4GB memory capacity can store up to 2,000 photos or 90mn of video with Class 6 speed and works like a regular SDHC memory card. Users can upload photos and videos from a camera through Wi-Fi network with wireless performance via its built-in 802.11n technology. The SDHC card also supports geotagging capabilities which helps users organize and share photos, automatic back-up capabilities which wirelessly uploads JPEG photos to folders of choice on a Mac, or directly into iPhoto; photos and videos that are automatically sorted into date-based folders; and gives users the ability to wirelessly send JPEG photos and videos to a popular website such as MobileMe, Flickr, Facebook, Picasa, and YouTube.
