very poor version of TRANSCEND MP3 player/recorders
15 January 2014
Summary: I ordered this version by mistake, thinking it was a version of the TRANSCEND T-sonic, which I used to adore till they downgraded the features; I still love those for their size and ease of use. This, I now gather, is a sports version. It is so simplified that I couldn't even figure out how to use it! [or rather, I couldn't believe that it wouldn't do what I wanted and expected it to do.
Summary: I bought this as a gift for my dad. He used it for about a month and then it stopped working. He treated it with care and only used it when he went jogging. We had to RMA this product. Luckily, Transcend offers lifetime warranties on their products. I just wish I hadn't had to use it. I had to send this for repair/replacement as well as another product of theirs.
Summary: I like how small it is & that it can be clipped onto something. The sound is also good on it. I'm disappointed that I cann't get the radio station I like to listen in on this device. I'm also having problems getting new music added to it.
Summary: The player is very user friendly, having a lot of power backup. I use it while travelling and dont have to charge it in 3-4 days. The only feature I could not use is the playlist. I am not able to create a playlist, would be glad if some one told me how to do it. Otherwise I am fully satisfied with it.
