Summary: Why did i choose this rating: It's not the best, but it's good. What did i like or dislike: If you wanna do a hard training, it's not the best option. For a normal speed of swimming in case of a distance, it's ok. I recommend this product.
Summary: Honest Review: This product is not perfect, but I couldn't swim without it. I was on swim team all throughout middle school and high school but stopped after graduation. I loved swimming but the process of getting in and out of the pool was a pain and you can't even listen to music. I recently started lap swimming again as my primary exercise. I heard about these waterproof headphones from a friend and I was pumped to try them.
Summary: I picked these up for my boyfriend as a birthday present and he loves them! They fit comfortably, there's a little bit of leaking with the earbuds when he uses them in the pool, but he attributes that mostly to not swapping out the included replacement/sizing buds.
Summary: I am SO FRUSTRATED with this product. I wanted it to work so badly, but it just SUCKS. 1. it doesn't work in water. I tried every size ear bud, and after 3 laps, the water gets in, and then its impossible to get the water out. I tried to use it 5 days in a row and wasted at least 2 hours of workout time fiddling with it. 2. i switched to using it for yoga. its fine for this purpose, but it doesn't charge!!!!
Summary: I purchased these for swimming, which I do about 3-4 times a week, a 1/2 hour at a time. The first few times I used them, they were AWESOME! It really broke up the monotony of doing lap after lap in silence. I prefer listening to pod casts over music and read reviews where other headphones made for swimming did not have good enough sound quality for distinguishing words in speech - these performed admirably.
Summary: I really do love these things. I use them for swimming pretty much everyday. When I first started swimming with them I was a little disappointing because the ear buds kept filling with water which almost completely muffles the sound out. Through trial and error I eventually found a way to adjust them so they don't fill with water. One of the things I highly recommend if you buy these for swimming is to be willing to wear a swim cap.
