Summary: I've had this mp3 player for almnost a year now and I am still impressed. The sound quality combined with the headphones that come with the player is simply FANTASTIC. The impressive sound is definately a huge plus. You woin't be disappointed.
Summary: I have purchased three of these. Too bad Sony stopped making this design. One died when I dropped it in the ocean. But the reason I bought this model was for it's storage capacity, small size and the built-in noise cancelling headphones.
Summary: I own an Ipod Nano (5th generation) and I keep that docked in my stereo as when it comes to using an MP3 player when running or at my desk, I prefer the Sony Walkman. Hands down!! Just easier to use, better sound (once I got different headphones) and less accidental menu selections.
Summary: We have several of these Sony MP3's in our household. The ease of use is one of the key factors for us. You don't HAVE to register with a website to get downloads, but can. Awesome product; will continue to buy this brand/type.
A great player but a few quirks - especially if you like podcasts

Summary: First of all, I really do like my Sony Walkman NWZ-S718F. The sound is great, battery life is fine and I love the drag-and-drop. I also like not being locked in to Apple. I'm not crazy about the proprietary USB cable but I've been luck enough to not lose it yet (knock on wood).
Summary: Overall, a great music player, the best of 5 I've owned (2 ipods, cowon D2, iriver clix). The battery life is unbelievable, the video is really good, the noise cancellation is just fantastic, and the sound is excellent. The UI is very easy and intuitive to use, but with a limited feature set.
Summary: This is my first MP3 player. It's easy to use and sounds great. I like the noise cancelling feature. That's probably what most influenced me to buy this. I mostly have been using it on the treadmill and when I mow the lawn.
