Summary: At the first glance ,I don't like the appearance of it. But the sound quality is perfect, and I don't have to use some software to import mp3 from my PC. I bought a coby portable, and an ipod before. But this is the best I have. Generally speaking, I like it.
Summary: I purchased this device after having lots of problems with Sansa products (Clip and Fuze). Sony Walkman reviews were consistently high, so I gave it a try. I have been very impressed. Music quality using a $10 pair of SkullCandy Ink'd is outstanding. Very crisp and clean, even at 128 kbps. Video playback is also very good. Display is sharp; no stuttering during playback.
Summary: I gave up my Ipod after the battery died, and wanted a less expensive "disposable" device, since after 3 years you can be sure it will no longer hold a charge. The Sony Walkman was easy conversion for me, I had no problem transferring my songs out of my Apple library and now have them in my Microsoft library. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a protective cover, and the Sony brand cover would cost almost the same as the Walkman.
Summary: Hi, I would like to thank Sony for this fantastic product. It is very good. This was my first MP3 player and it met my expectations. Rather it exceeded my expectations. It is very user friendly, easy to operate and sound/picture quality is very good. The battery life also appears good. I have been using it for past 2 months and did not face any issue.
Summary: This small device deliver great sound quality, if you are locking for good sound quality this it, i don't care about the other capabilities but they are really nice to, i bought a Sony Erickson 580i and expand its memory to 4g, but it doesn't deliver the quality of sound of this device. great bass an treble.
Summary: Cons: As others have stated, this player has very few available accessories compared to other players. And its proprietary usb cable is also not a plus. Also cannot delete songs from the player without being connected to a computer. Pros: Intuitive features, extremely easy to load with music with Windows Media Player 11, attractive, lightweight, long-life battery, great audio quality.
Summary: I've had this mp3 player for a couple of weeks now, and it's definitely better than my old Ipod. I mainly use this on my motorcycle plugged into a speaker system with a 150 watt amp. the Sony is much clearer and louder than the Ipod I had. The battery life is almost unbelievable, the specs. say that it lasts about 33 hours for music and about 9 hours for video.
