Question: Can i transfer a voice recording from my NWA-B135F to my laptop?

Please Help,I have a lecture voice recorded on my NWZ-B135F if i cant download it to my laptop is there any other way that i can download it and keep it for future reference?

    Try to use the USB cable to transfer the file from your MP3 player to your laptop. If your MP3 player has memory card, use the card reader to transfer the file.
