Summary: This was one of the best Walkmans I've had. Even though it's an older MP3 player, it is ahead of it's time. I used it strickly for working out and it performed excellent. It's compact size makes it easy to take it anywhere.
Excerpt: What a waste of money, i have purchased this walkman and so regreting it now, i have had so much trouble with trying to find larger memory stick other than the standard 64mb stick that is included. its also very hard to come across a magicgate pro memory stick, reminder even magicgate memory have difficulty working on this device. not all magicgate work... the battery is my second problem, it doesnt last that long..
Excerpt: After carrying around my ancient CD Walkman, and having the hassle of only being able to take 1 CD with me, I decided to buy a MP3 player. I needed something that was small, lightweight, and easy to use. The Sony Network Memory Stick Walkman (MS-11 – same as the MS-9 but with 128Mb memory stick supplied) was the MP3 player that stood out from the rest. First things first, it is a very stylish piece of equipment.
Excerpt: You can immediately tell this is a Sony MP3 player when you look at it, the tiny silver case has a blue LCD display that is a beauty to look at and use. However along with the looks comes the other tell tale Sony trademark, it is very expensive especially compared to the hard drive based mp3 players which can hold hundreds of times more songs than this.
Excerpt: After having to replace my old Mini-Disc player which broke after four years, my first decission was which way to go either NetMD or MP3 Player. Both offered easy connectivity with my PC with the MD player offering slightly cheaper media and the MP3 offering slightly smaller technology it was a clost call. But having purchased the Sony NW-MS11 (same as the MS9 but with 128Mb of memory) I was pleasently surprised.
Excerpt: The first thing that hits you when you see the Sony NW-MS9 is just how small and compact something so stylish can be. With its matt finished silver casing and blue LCD screen, after just a few minutes with this beauty, you'll be dying to take it home. Of course, as with most Sony products, the only thing stopping you will be its price. At a retail price of close to 260 pounds, you'll think more than twice at jumping to buy the NW-MS9.

J'ai eu besoin de quelque chose qui était petit, légèr, et facile à utiliser. Le baladeur de Sony MS-9 était le baladeur MP3 qui s'est distingué : Les premières choses d'abord, c'est un équipement très élégant, très lisse.
