Summary: Gave this to my granddaughter for Christmas. She was thrilled! Don't know exactly if they have had much trouble downloading songs yet. She is 6 so she depends on mom for help. Great seller on Amazon!
Summary: I bought this for my 3 yr. old who loves music. Easy to use, pretty easy to load music especially from a CD. Couldn't upload an mp3 song - don't know if I'm doing it correctly so I'm not sure if it's me or the sansa shaker.
Summary: i bought 2 of these for my boys ages 5 and 6 to use on a 1000 mile trip to chicago. they were a huge hit! super easy to load up with music using your windows media player. they both have about 100 songs on them, and there's still room for more! easy for little hands to operate, and really durable.
Summary: I would not recommend this product. The iPod shuffle would be a better buy, and definitely better quality. I purchased two shakers as gifts. The bottom cover continuously unlatches on one and the other shaker stopped playing after about 1.5 weeks.
Summary: This is a wonderful product for kids. It's unlike the really expensive ones for kids. It's durable, fun, and easy to use. My boys love theirs. I bought this for my 8yr. old and my 5yr. old so that they would leave mine alone and it's the best purchase I've made in a while.
Summary: I bought this to let my 4-y-o have his songs with him on a recent vacation involving air travel, and somehow it never got used, but I had a lot of fun loading it with his music and learning how to operate it. I'm holding it in reserve for a future occasion requiring patience.
Summary: I purchased this as a gift for a grandchild but liked it so much I kept it for myself. Of course, I could rationalize my selfish act since the child is barely 3 and Sandisk insists the device should not be used by anyone under the age of 8.
Summary: It is a great idea, but not easy to download the songs to the player. Everytime I was able to put a new song on, one of the songs already on, would be gone. Also, the bottom opens easily. My son enjoys it, so that's all that matters.
Summary: On the good side: it's a piece of cake to remove the player's standard-size SD memory card, plug it into a card reader, and pick and choose what songs go on it. And the player is easy for my 4-year-old to use.
