How do I get drivers? Does not work with my XP laptop, about 3.5 years old.

    It does not need drivers for Windows XP; the drivers are required for Windows 98. Try to connect it by using the USB cable provided and if it comes with a CD, install it by using the CD. You can find the drivers online.

    Try the SanDisk website, if it's not listed there then I would try emailing their support department
