Summary: I've only had this a few months, and have barely used it. I decided to add some more music to the device, and it said that there wasn't enough space. So I cleared all the music on it, and tried to add a song.. Again, no memory. I loaded an SD card with some music, and put it in.. Still no memory.
Summary: It was supposed to be anew MP3 player but it came without instructions and still not able to use it. We also inserted a microSD card but it didn't work either and then would not allow the player to turn off. We have to wait until the battery completely discharges.

Summary: This product hardly compares to the Sansa Fuze. Its controls are kind of awkward and hard to work. It feels cheap. If you choose to play all of the songs for an artist, there is no way to scroll through all of the songs; either you select an album or keep pressing the >> button.
Summary: Bought one for my wife. She loved it. But now it will not charge. It gets harder and harder to find some way for the PC to connect to it. Replaced the cord. Updated software. The Fuse says it connects but will not charge. Tried different PCs, all with the same result.
