Summary: I bought two of these c250 players. My wife got the pink one, I ordered a black one. My wife used her player everyday, and recharged it daily. I seldom used my player. When I decided to use, after about a month of non use, I discovered my battery was dead and the player would not recharge at all. Ended up throwing it away. Don't think I got 4 hours of total play time on it.
Summary: My husband bought this for me about 7 years ago. It still works great! It is a very basic mp3 player nothing fancy but it sounds good and the battery last about 3 hours. It works for me. I wish it was easier to delete music because it has to be done through the computer but besides that I have no complains.
Summary: While its great for what it does - the battery life is not that great and with so many cellphones with Music now its almost pointless to have one. I recycled mine. Also if you put in a bigger MicroSD you will have to wait for it to scan all your songs and create the list every time you power on. So annoying.
Summary: Sansa c250 mp3 player (= c200 series) For user manual and driver downloads go here : [...]%3D#c200 When connected to computer, right click on Sansa icon, left click on properties and you will see Firmware Version on your player, Serial Number and a picture representation of your battery state of charge. Great little player. Removing battery cover requires a firm hand the first time, but not a problem thereafter.
Summary: I have had this player for a couple of years. I don't use often because it is not as intuitive as I'd hoped. I wanted a straightforward player that I could find songs on or play on shuffle. And the battery constantly required charging.
