Summary: I got this Player 35 days ago. I have had it in my possession less than 5 of those days. It looked great initially and appeared to do all that I expected but the unit would NOT charge. I contacted Samsung and they quickly sent a mailing label to ship it for service. I shipped it that day, in five days (holiday weekend in there) I got acknowledgement that they got it and would repair and return it within 7 days.
BEWARE if you are buying this from Tailwind International or Amazon LLC

Summary: They sent me a version of the product that was meant to be used in Europe. I live in California. All of the warranty contact information was for the UK and Ireland and the wifi specifications were relevant to Europe. The promotions that were included- I think regarding the GPS, were for the UK and Ireland also; this was actually my first clue that something was amiss.
