Have had mine for 4 yrs!!!

Lil red, Amazon
14 September 2011
  • Summary: Ok I have had this mp3 player for four years and am surprised at the neg. feed back. Mine is still working and I have not been gentle with it by any means. I have dropped it, left it on the charger way too long, even got it wet once...and it is as dependable today as when I first bought it.

it's kind crappy

Amazon Customer, Amazon
24 February 2010
  • Summary: It didn't work right out the box-I truly thought it was defective, I constantly have to press the reset button so I carry a paper clip around on it, trying to find a certain song on it is annoying, I have almost 400 songs and I'm out of space, the battery drains all the time even when it is off...

Works

Amazon Customer, Amazon
2 February 2010
  • Summary: A lot of reviewers are saying that this won't work with vista; I didn't have any problems using mine with vista. I think its comparable to a sansa c250 player, same quality and features and so far no bugs.

Great! Super easy to use.

M. Kilpatrick, Amazon
29 January 2010
  • Summary: I, or rather Santa bought this mp3 player for my son (5 years old) for Christmas. He absolutely loves it! The ear buds NEVER leave his ears. It was VERY easy to teach him how to use. He likes how small it is, it just slips easily into a pocket.

Not one of the best

Star, Amazon
3 January 2010
  • Summary: First, there were a couple of good things about this player. I like that it charges on the computer. My first MP3 player ran on batteries. You can also put pictures on it. I really don't have a need to have pictures on my MP3 player, but it's interesting if you want to carry some pictures around.

Good sound/video/capacity despite long list of CONS

Caleb L. Hastings, Amazon
9 December 2009
  • Summary: With Windows Vista, the installation CD was useless, but after downloading the programs from RCA, drag and drop file management and the video conversion program both work great. Great sound quality although the bottom half of the volume bar seems useless.

RCA , Terrible Support / Video Doesn't Work

Kristen Mixon, Amazon
25 November 2009
  • Summary: By the way, I bought this at Walmart and I see on Amazon here that's it's not being marketed as a video player. On the official website and store packaging it is. Must not be a point to make on here, since it's false. I wanted to affirm what some others said.

mediocre buy-an ipod nano it's not!

Wayne A. Judkins, Amazon
10 November 2009
  • Summary: If you are going to buy this, don't expect a nano. The lcd is very weak for any sort of video, but handy as a menu screen. My chief complaints revolve around how long it takes to charge (hours on my dual core pc) and the fact that it sometimes is on when you think it's not, and the result is a dead...

Pay the extra money and get an ipod!

H. Stiles, Amazon
4 October 2009
  • Summary: There is a reason ipods are more expensive. You really do get what you pay for. Unless you absolutely can't afford it, do yourself a favor and don't go cheap like we did and buy a device like this. Do it right and get an ipod.
