Summary: Here's the thing about this MP3 player: It's durable and it plays back music in a nice quality, but the file formats mess you up some times because they have to be very specific file types. Be aware of this.
Summary: I have had two of these models, and both suffered the exact same set of problems. First off, even using Philips' Songbird software, the player would randomly decide not to sync playlists, only sync SOME of the playlists, or randomly tell me I needed to upgrade firmware.

Summary: My daughter has this player and loves it so I ordered one for me. I need something that is Rhapsody compatible. When the first one arrived I saw immediately that it was the wrong one. I received model# SA5AZU16KF/37.
